Worst bank ever. Holding my check until May 1 because it seemed out of the ordinary to them. Said review team put the full amount on hold. Not even sure if they are allowed to do that. Cant contact review team or do anything to expedite the process. I do not appreciate my funds being held for this long and will never deposit with them again. I would appreciate a call for this to be looked into by someone higher up to find a more reasonable solution than giving me no access to my funds for a week.Review from A.Stan N

I spent almost 2 hours trying to get a competent CSR to get me some basic information from my transaction history w/o success. One CSR supposedly versed on their online *********** hung up the phone w/o any notification to me and did not c/b. I can only rate her disposition as most unprofessional. Corporate/Executive office screens calls very adeptly that you cannot even get thru to them to voice your grievance. I simply want to query my transaction history for basic information that databases have been doing for 3+ decades. The last CSR claims that their portal is not capable of generating a report for the very elementary query I was asking. I can only conclude that *** is sill operating in the last century technologically. This gives me pause as to how they are probably embracing the requisite site securities and how exposed ones personal might be. Customers beware. Any executive office that hides from their customers is a red flag in my book.Review from Cathy A

Zero stars. I was sent email that credit card lime was being lowered. I called to ask why they said they were lowering many of their customers and I would receive a letter why. They are the worse ever Horrible customer service. I have closed my checking and savings account. My debt card would not work for weeks. Went in the bank and they said sorry don't know why not working. Called the customer number when I could not use my debit card and again said sorry don't know why. This is the worse bank ever and I now need to figure out how to get my credit back. I ha e been working so hard to up.my credit score and now this will affect me badly.Review from Kathy P

Zero stars. Worst bank ever. 3 experiences where my payment was made online and on time and I received a confirmation number. Then they say the didn't receive it and attempt to charge a late fee and interest. The ***** call service is designed to extend the time that they run you around so they can attempt to charge you 0.22%/day in interest while they hold your already confirmed money and attempt to steal a late fee from you. They kick you from one rep to another and say they will call back and then they don't. The list of deceptive illegal behaviors would take me quite awhile to write. Suffice it to say this deceptive theft is by clear design by this terrible company.Review from Brittany O

Their card is horrible for dealing with fraud, they want me to actually go into the office for an obvious stolen card number and obvious fraudulent charges that were sudden and back to back for the same institution, absolutely ridiculous they are wasting my time for what's essentially an inactive card that I've only been paying the balance down on for months now and have had 0 usage on. The absurdity of having to drive 40 plus miles and to waste my time for something that should be done over chat/phone.Review from Lauri j

this business wouldn't not give me back my ***** dollars from a hacker that got me they gave me the money back then took it again i just want my money back i am on a fixed income now its hard to pay all my bills cause of this.Review from christina s

Worst bank EVER! I made a online purchase on 3/19/24 paid extra for express shipping. I never received the product. called *** who states on their adds " Satisfaction Guarantee Get a full refund for most purchases, up to $250, if the store will not accept a return" requested a refund for the order I never received. the agent stated I need to file a "clam" and I did he then stated I should have a answer in 4 days. 4 days later called back spoke to another agent who stated "this matter can take up to 45 days" for what reason would it take a month to return the funds on a product I never received? He stated we are waiting for a response from the merchant. mind you I sent this merchant 3 emails before calling ***. I even offered to send the copies to them for their records. I have taken screen shoots of the website where it states item not shipped. why can I not have my money returned, because at this point I don't want the products, But good ol *** agents stated " nothing we can do" you should hear something within 45 days. haha what a joke of a bank. next step close my account.Review from David M

Breathtakingly incompetent - I have dealt with multiple financial institutions over the years, and one stands out for its continuous failures. The ************* is horrible and the customer interface poor. Stay away from *** unless you seek constant frustration.Review from Jimmie lee B

This is the worst bank that I have ever had to deal with in my life.. I am 43 years married to the same man and have worked at a bank for many years and I know the procedures.. They make you feel like you're the one that's got the freaking problem.. I called customer service every month to make my payment and it is a nightmare I absolutely can't stand to even do business with these people. Get a confirmation number and everything payment made on time by me I go over my account number three different times from my checking.. this person still cannot get things right after the third time it seems like to finally we finally got through it... Then I get a notification in the mail that they never received my payment that they tried to put it through but something went wrong on my end with the bank. Then they charge me $15.14 more on my interest because they did not receive my payment on time cuz by the time you get a paper through the mail it's like days later. They have my email address why did I not receive a email and I could have took care of this immediately. I will tell you why they want the money they want to charge you more money to make more money they're getting rich off of you. ?? So then the lady suggested to me that I fill out a automatic coming out of my checking account and that way it will never be late and I told her it was not my fault for being late in the first place. Not to mention that I always go over 30 or $40 more than what my original payment is. So I filled out a paper sent it in through the post office I put it in there myself at the post office.. 2 weeks ago they should have it. My payment has not been taken out of my checking account so I'm calling to try to see what's going on. She hangs up on me halfway through all of this because she doesn't want to have to deal with it and they've done this not the first time but this is probably like the fourth time... I'm done truly done going to another bank.Review from Kenneth S

They can never get your payments right. every time I call it takes me forever to get a representative. It is the worst bank I have ever used.
