      This company is very unprofessionl and they are. Lazy when keeping the properties up. They charge lots of money and you smell garbage broken doors. Strangers running in out of the property and very unprofessional on the phones. Will not return any phone calls. You wanna stay? Away from that company. they will not call you to show you other units. They rather you leave the company. Which is best for everybody. Trust me, worse, rental company you ever wanna encounter?

      DO NOT LIVE AT ANY LARAMAR GROUP sites!!! You will regret it and waste your money. This "company" ignores their residents- even the *** and top leadership. The only thing they care about IS MONEY MONEY MONEY. They do not take care of their buildings; they do not staff their buildings. They give two s**** about everything expect their paychecks. Maintenance and requests go un-answered. They do not clean the building or provide basic supplies like toilet paper in the bathrooms or sanitizer in the fitness center/hallways. They are so stiff with the money. They call their sites "up-scale"- it's a joke and a marketing LIE! This isn't even a real company. ************************* - you should be ashamed of yourself and fire your leadership staff and learn to give a c*** about everyone else and your residents and not your salary.

      This company takes advantage of the residents in their **************** Apartments, which is a +55 community. They leave notes attached to the residence door that threatens not to renew their lease if they do not pay late fees that have accumulated over 6 months without any tangible proof regarding the notice. They are allusive and make it difficult to speak with someone in person. If possible, please dont allow your love ones to ***********.

      The WORST for senior housing! Try applying ************** Senior Apartments, **************. Rings and no one ever answers. Then voice mail is full. NEVER can contact for application! Great job! Sit back and read a book!Why help seniors looking for apartment? Just collect your salary!
