    This business accepted my payment on June 30th, 2023 for some RC Parts. I have multiple request to cancel this order, since it has not been prepared nor shipped out and no response from Horizon Hobbies .. Their statement is 'that transactions ship with in 72 hours' ..

    I ordered a losi dbxle and it says it was delivered and signed for by someone else other than myself. I was trying to get a refund or replacement but couldn't get either. So I'm out of 1,500$.

    Customer support is terrible I bought a new arrma kraton 6s On March 18 2023 ran for about 10 min and broke and you can not get any of the screws out they have so much thread lock on them sent them pictures and answered there 50 questions for 2 weeks and they refuse to do anything at all I will definitely not be buying anything from them again.

    When it come to customer support, they are terrible. I have lots and lots of there products. You can not reach anyone by phone anymore and they intermittently return email. NOT GOOD HORIZON. Very foolish business model. Dumb move!

    The worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Brand new outcast exb 6s and the MF drives in circles. Been emailing back and fourth for days and the tech keeps telling me to bind and calibrate like I haven’t tried that a million times. Will never buy another RC from this company again. I’m sticking with ******* from now on. Not a single problem with their customer service. And you can talk to someone!!!

    Bought a few RC Planes from these guys and the ones I took out of the box and tried to fly crashed because of a faulty receiver. I have been in RC for 30 plus years when the hobby started with balsa builds and countless hours of building time. I bough the planes on credit and then had problems with my bank card being compromised not even 30 day went by and they put me into collections, when i called to explain the faulty merchandise and work things out they did not want to reason at all and wanted payment in full "Customer is always right" means absolutely nothing to these guys. My wife which is also an RC junkie tried to purchase something from ***** ******* and they declined her purchase and when I called them to discuss they told me they are not shipping anything to my address till account is paid. So my wife and son are now innocent victims of the Horizon Mob. They have since bought out ********, ********** and other big names. Here is where it gets interesting, I have purchased several ******** Transmitters prior to the buyout and when i went to ******** to try and purchase a transmitter case my payment was rejected. so now I am stuck with no support for my transmitters and ********** software which I have 3 sets of. I have never seen a company behave so unprofessionally in my 30 years in this hobby. These bullies and thuds will ruin the hobby and industry for many as they have for me. And I'm betting they have already been reimbursed by their insurance for the petty loss for selling me defective merchandise. I hope the 3D printing RC industry puts these creeps out of business, moving forward I have switched to *********** and *** which are superior TX's in my opinion Horizon, ***** ******* and any ** owned spinoffs have lost my business indefinitely. I will be contacting other organizations who I hope will put these thuds in their place. I would strongly advise testing your plane RX as soon as you buy it before 30 days are up. Look into 3D printed RC Planes

    Chris at horizon hobby is top notch A+ in customer service I do have some mental problems I had dealt with amain for the last 6 months or so and they treated me like I was different I don't believe people with disabilities should be treated different I talk to a gentleman today at horizon hobby his name is
    Christopher he listened to me for an hour and a 1/2 took that time of his day made everything right that amain hobbies did wrong he repaired it all Top notch customer service I was ready to walk away from the rc helicopter hobby I grown to love he has put that spark back in my heart thank you! If every customer service rep was like chris understanding! we wouldn't have these problems of people with disabilities being treated different. Again thank you.

    Tried contacting several times, never received key code card for software activation and they won’t listen to me. They sent me a picture with code blocked as example of card that was not in box. Wish I would have bought digital copy online and never dealt with horizon hobby. They don’t care about their customers at all. They don’t listen either

    Purchased a defective rc truck and they refused to repair, replace or refund it.
