    Still awaiting a refund after 2 months of returning the item back to Horizon Hobby. I would highly recommend you to do business with ANYONE else but Horizon Hobby. I can see many others are experiencing the same lack of customer service when it comes to dealing with this organization.

    Ordered mini lmt 2 months ago. Didn't know it was pre-order, but after I found out I was ok and willing to wait , didn't have a choice because tried to cancel and was denied. Since I thought it would ship right away, I paid extra for faster shipping. Well over 2 months later, I get alert that had auspicious activity on my bank card. Here there are 3 charges from them for $297.00, each. Still hadn't received my item. 8 days after leaving multiple email.messages, I finally got thru on live chat. He explained to me that these are reauthorization and that 2 of them would drop off by end of that day. Week later and still have those pending on my account, so I can't touch the money, my money, and can't even buy my kids Xmas presents for tomorrow we doing our Xmas. SO now I have to try and explain to my kids why they aren't getting their presents this year. How cam this even be legal? Can anyone answer me that? I did get a reply from Mike from HH and he apologized and said it was technical errors and should be resolved soon. When? He didn't know and was clearly talking out of his, well, u know. This company should not be allowed to do business anymore and I plan on consulting a lawyer on Monday to see what can be done to make these people pay for their b.s. HH, apologies won't work for this anymore. U r holding my money that I work hard for so no, apologies won't cut it. Karma is a real thing , beleive it.

    This companies customer service might be the worst I have ever encountered, even outside of the RC industry. The website and inventory is always inaccurate and they will be blame their IT dept as the reason your problem exists not theirs. The only way to find that out, is to spend 100s of dollars and see if you order actually ships. If it doesn't the only option you have is to chat on their web page because they stopped accepting phone calls and they wont contact you to tell you there is a issue. You can ask the same straight forward question to 10 Horizon agents and get 10 different excuses, none of which are true. Some of the agents are just down right rude, and thats probably because most of the customers they encounter are not happy due to their deceptive sales tactics and know they are being lied to. I was looking to purchase a kit that was just released and on preorder for a gift, the next day it was off preorder and available and in stock according to the website. I placed the order for almost $800. 3 days go buy the item doesn't ship, yet their terms say in stock items ship same day. I contact customer service via their only methd - their chat, and I get every excuse under the sun. For ex : its shipping on 12/13, to its going to ship some time next year, and everything in between. My account still says to this day its in stock and waiting to ship, and they are still advertising this item as in stock, but according to there chat, its not in stock and the website is wrong and know one knows when it will be in stock. After my last interaction with a HH Chat Agent, Jason H cancelled my order with out my authorization. Horizon Hobbies either has no control of their customer service or is directing them to blow off their customers.

    There is no phone number available to contact customer service. After submitting an online service request, the average time to receive a response is two weeks or, in some cases, the request is ignored. I requested a return for a product in August, but I am still awaiting a refund.

    I just received a spray paint sent product from you via ****** that is defective. It has no spray nozzle. I can't believe companies like yours get away with this crap.
    Great customer service. You folks ought to be ashamed.

    For the love of God do not order anything from this company. I ordered a product and authorized a specific credit card for purchase. They charged a different card that was not authorized and it happened to be my sons debit card, my receipt clearly shows the correct card that was authorized so not sure how this could have happened. My son doesn't have much money in his account and it almost over drafted his account. Mistakes happen, but the real issue is when I tried to resolve the issue, good luck getting someone to help and not just a run around from someone on the other end of a chat who apparently has to forward everything to "finance". Been waiting over three days so far and still nothing for something that should have been resolved immediately.

    Took my money then shipped my part over 3 months later. No way to cancel the order. The will NOT allow you to cancel the order regardless of the shipping status it is their company policy. Theu are rip off artists.

    I ordered a 1000+ dollar idem, they advertised same day shipping but after 3 days my order had not shipped so I asked to cancel, they told me I can not cancel my order, so I waited until It arrived and returned it, cost me 150 dollars to ship back and its been over 2 months and I have not been refunded nor can I contact them other that an online chat where they say they are behind and have no idea when I will be refunded. Do not do business with them!

    Because they have bought out all the competition they are pretty much the only game in town. They have a virtual monopoly. If I had a choice I would never buy from them. Their “virtual” assistant is a joke. Even though my product is still under warranty they don’t back their dealers and force you to use their system. I’m guessing that the good will they built over 38 years is just about gone. Good luck to the investors.

    RUN AWAY from this company. They are shady, shady, shady. No way to reach an actual human being. I have been waiting for my refunds to be credited to my card for WEEKS. Their return policy states, "Refunds will be issued once we receive the item(s), evaluate the return condition, and issue the refund which averages 3 to 5 business days." Started a chat session with "Joel" who flat out lied and said the credits should be by 7/31. I asked why over 3 weeks when the policy says different, and he said there is no way to expedite it. I have the complete chat saved, and it truly feels like I was being punked. He either flat out lied, or has no idea what he is doing. Will NEVER do business with this company. They are holding my $$ hostage.
