      I do not obtain internet services from this company. CCG was recently in our neighborhood to install fiber-optic cable. We did not receive a door tag advising us they would be installing such until after they had installed the cable and had moved on. The City of ***** and other utility companies we contacted had no idea who was working on the boulevard and their trucks had no identifying information. There was a crew of five or six men working in the boulevard in front of our yard and when my husband questioned them as to what they were doing - none of them understood or spoke English. I find that more than difficult to believe but it worked to their advantage. We have a large turn around drive and they consistently blocked both ends with their trucks, equipment and supplies. Since they didn't comprehend English, my husband had to go out several times to gesture to have them move their equipment or move the strung out lines himself so we could use our driveway. There was not one pleasant or accommodating person among them. To add insult to injury they left empty soda containers/cups along with their other trash sitting on the sidewalk and in our yard. This is the first I have heard of this company but their first impression leaves little to be desired. I am left to question just what would be their quality of service based on such an impression. For a company in the communication field, they are severely lacking in communication. I don't believe I will be utilizing their services.

      Their ****** reviews are 100% fake. They used to have a 1.6 star rating, and they’ve been spamming fake 5 stars to get them up to a 4 star rating. Absolutely ridiculous.

      Pavlov has been setting up internet at my complex for 4 weeks now and it still isn’t finished. What internet we do have is absolute trash. I could not load a simple ebook to my basic kindle. A kindle which does not have 5G capability so had to use the crappier internet. Forget about trying to look at images on social media, Pavlov internet can’t load them. And videos, HA! That’s well beyond their capacity. Most don’t ever load. The few that do are UNBEARABLY slow. I attempted to watch a 5 second video on insta, it stopped to load after EVERY. SINGLE. SECOND. So a 5 second video was really 20+ seconds. And trying to stream, ugh. Over a 30 minute period, it was able to play for less than 15 minutes. And when it did play, it was blurry as ****. And IT is of zero help. They’ll tell you it’s the deployment and they can’t do anything. So we’re all stuck with garbage internet. Cannot believe we’ve gotten involved with this company. Do not recommend.

      The internet at my apartment has been unusably slow for over a month now and won't even load a speed test half the time, absolutely no ETA from Pavlov for a fix. By FAR the absolute worst reliability of any ISP I've ever encountered, and when anything does go wrong they take weeks or longer to fix it, doesn't matter if you work from home or have homework to do. I didn't know it was possible to make ******** and ******* look good, but by god they've managed it by comparison.
      They're also completely misleading when they advertise their "fiber backbone" because the last mile link to my apartment complex is actually some wireless nonsense that cuts out completely whenever it rains. The "fiber backbone" is irrelevant when there's some other bottleneck between you and the larger internet.

      Since I have moved into my apartment complex, I have been plagued with disconnects, packet loss, and ping spikes. I have called almost 20 times over the 15 months I have lived here regarding this issue and have gotten absolutely nowhere, despite isolating the issue to their end. I even spoke to an engineer who told me that there was nothing they could do, and to "choose different servers." Stay far, far away.
