On March 11, 2024, I received a letter from Biehl & Biehl, Inc. informing me of a debt owed to *** Small Pack in the amount of $169.41. In my March 21, 2024 reply letter to Biehl & Biehl, I informed them that that my *** account was used fraudulently and the amount was not my debt. In my letter I also stated that I disputed the debt with *** and closed my account to avoid future fraudulent use. I went on to request from Biehl & Biehl any and all documentation regarding the alleged debt and to stop all other communication with me. As of 4/23/2024, I have not received any documentation. Both letters are attached for reference.On April 22, 2024, I was contacted by phone, which number was not included in my letter, by *************************** of Biehl & Biehl asking me to contact him. Instead, I contacted *** to inquire about my account. The *** representative I spoke with confirmed that my account had a zero balance as of February 28, 2024. The *** representative also confirmed that I reported fraud on my account on January 18, 2024 and that I closed my account on the same day. I mentioned the letter and phone call I received from Biehl & Biehl and the *** representative said that the communications were fraudulent and to not contact Biehl & Biehl. Due to the fact that there is no debt to collect, I hereby demand that Biehl & Biehl, Inc., and/or its representatives, stop all communication with me either by mail, phone or any other means. If communications continue I will be forced to take legal action.
