      I had and have no option far as putting my PayPal email down , it wasn't and isn't listed.  y email stuff like that it's been a while I didn't want to earn anything else from them because I feel like my time was being wasted and I feel like it was a scam due to the fact of that ci wasn't able to cash out when I earned over the minimum price.

      We see member has not updated the profile with paypal email address. Paypal detail is must in order to receive the payment. Request the member to update his profile with paypal email address where the money will be sent. Once done member can press the get paid button and let us know.

      This is the second time I've had to contact BBB for help. Last time I couldnt get ahold of a representative to verify my identity. My identity then was verified after finally complaining. I have accumulated the required amount of 50 on my account. When I tried to redeem. I was prompted to call. I have call this number several times and each time I'm on hold for 15 minutes waiting for a representative. Then after 15 minutes a automated message stating no representatives are available then hangs up. This has now become so aggravating and time consuming to call this company repeatedly. I am livid that out of my busy schedule I have wasted hours of my time trying to reach this place. I believe customers like myself are being subjected to a deceptive practice. After completing all the steps to cash out which takes your own money to complete. You get prompted to call. They never answer so you don't get paid or you have to resort to complaining . I'm requesting that inbox please send my 50 dollars. I have included a screenshot of the message given when I went to claim my money.

      I was supposed to be paid $50.00 for offers I had completed. I have not received payment. Any time I have tried to contact their customer support, the page says my log-in/account info is not valid. But when I go thru the steps of retrieving the info it IS valid. So I try again. And it comes up invalid, AGAIN.
