      I have been working on this website for literally years in an attempt to reach their $50 payout requirement. When I finally did reach it I discovered that there is nowhere on the website to request payment. There is also absolutely no way to contact support - to contact support you have to login. When I use my login information, which I promise is correct, I am met with an error saying that I needed to submit valid login information. They have no customer service phone number or email as far as I can see - only this support page which is completely useless. I don't know if this is a scam or not, according to everything I have found this company has been in business since 2009 so I'm hoping that there has not been 15 years of scamming people out of their money. I don't know what other information is needed here.

      Using website inboxpay.com to do surveys and complete task such as opening emails and signing up for products or subscriptions. I have earned $474.55 but havent received one ***** ever.

      I started doing these surveys to make some extra money, I thought they were going to be honest and pay for the services they received , but they havent I know its not much ***** is what they owe me, I could have paid my gas & electric bill. I know they get paid from there clients, so who is getting the money they owe us the survey takers. They wont respond to any type of communications. Why are they still in business.

      On April 18, 2023, I submitted a request to InboxPays for $50 cash. I had been approved for $52.55 cash after doing different surveys and offers. So I requested $50 since one can only request cash in $50 increments. I attempted to get verified over the phone, because there was some information in the FAQs about that being a requirement before payment. So I called the ************ number provided; however, I was immediately put on hold, being told by an automated system that I would be connected with someone. But I never was. I tried calling multiple times but remained on hold indefinitely. So I submitted a ticket through their website's ticket submission system, but no one ever sent me an email despite information on the website that I would receive a response within 2 business days. I have submitted a total of two separate tickets but have yet to receive any response. To this day, almost a full year, my account still shows the status as "Requested" funds. It does not show that it has been approved.

      I received an email stating I was able to redeem $750 Venmo gift card. It was not a question mark. This was a direct statement that I needed to redeem this. When I clicked on the link I was led to survey after survey and received nothing monetary that I was entitled according to the emails statement. They falsely offered a reward and did not pay. I sent an email to the contact us link at the bottom of their page and received a bunch more offers all with question marks and * stating various requirements. The original email had no such clauses. Pay up people and I Will *** and put you out of business otherwise.

      I filed a dispute on September 14,2023 with PayPal because my wallet has been stolen and my PayPal debit card had been used to make a bunch of unauthorized transactions. The claim id is ****************** for the amount of $359.61. I'm attaching screenshots of PayPal closing the dispute in my favor on 09/14/23 with a list of transactions that were refunded because the claim is eligible under PayPal protection. It is 09/19/23 and they are telling me that I have to wait until 9/27/23 (even though in the app the resolution date is 09/24/23) before any provisional credit will be credited to my account for ********************** that was supposed to be refunded on 09/14/23. They refunded me a total of $23.00 in 2 separate refund deposits but I have to wait until they review the same transactions that should have been refunded, as of 09/14/23 in case id number ******************, but are now each it's own individual dispute with it's own dispute case id number, for them to decide if any provisional credit will be credited to my account.PayPal has refunded a total of $23 of the $359.61, in dispute claim id number ****************** that they closed and found in my favor and were supposed to refunded me. The other $330 something odd dollars of my refund I have to wait until 9/27/23 for a decision if they are going to give me provisional credit for funds that should have been refunded to my account with the $23 they have already refunded.

      I requested a payout in 2020 for $50 and I still have not received it. I have accumulated $857 but they are not approving any of but $3.00 when I know I paid for the subscriptions, etc. I have sent numerous emails but have not received a single response back. I really need all of the $857. I followed each and every individual step required for each cash offer and am only asking for what I am owed, which is promised by the website. On the site it says if an account is terminated no cash offers will be approved. I sent a screenshot of all the cash offers I have completed and recently on 9/16/2023 an offer was approved of $3.06. I have been waiting on offers since 08/2015 to be approved.

      As of September 7th 2023 I received an email from Inboxpays that states that $1000 was ready to be sent to me through cash app and to follow the directions to receive the payment. I clicked the link and followed all directions. At the end I was just redirected to another company's page. I've jumped through these hours more than once only to keep ending up with nothing.
