  The installation team did an amazing job of installing 13 windows in a bit over 4 hours.They were well organized and never stopped to get a drink of water or anything else.The crew were all hard workers, and we appreciated the job they did.Kudos to Window Works for an excellent sales process and installation.We will tell our friend and family how pleased we were with Window Works.

  The ********************* that came over to touch up the trim of our bay window painted the whole inside casing along with the trim. His work was exceptional and provided excellent customer service! He represents the reason why Window Works is my number one choice!!!

  This review is regarding the response to the review I posted on 12/22/22 Although the process was difficult, WW and a manager has been in touch with me every step of the way to ensure my satisfaction. I am satisfied with the response from WW. They ensured me that they will continue to be available if I find any other issues. The last few times I had issues they scheduled ****** (great craftsman and very pleasant) to come out to address my concerns. Thank you, *****, for attending to my concerns in a prompt and professional manner.

  WindowWorks did an incredible job from start to finish. *****, our salesman, did a great job thoroughly explaining the product. We replaced all of the windows in our home so it was a big project. I was grateful for the professionalism of the installers who were not satisfied if we weren't satisfied. The windows are beautiful, the installation was excellent, and the follow-up from the company throughout the entire project was excellent. I would highly recommend this company.

  Window Works replaced all windws in my home. I am extremely impressed with my new windows. I would recomend Window Works to anyone. The crew who installed my windows were excellent. Laid down drop cloths and plastic to keep area clean. Each day they cleaned up all debris and removed it. I will certainly use Window Works in the future for my next project new doors. Window Works is the real deal. They delivered a quality product and provided great service. They kept in touch with me via phone calls or email every step of the way.

  The 1 star is for the office staff who remained pleasant throughout my issues, and ******, who finally came out to fix the issues with compassion. My approx. $40k project began in May and concluded in November. The number of issues that I had with this company are too many to count. On site was a nightmare. Workmanship and professional courtesy was really bad. The workers were extremely pleasant but in the end, it seemed as if only one guy knew what he was doing.First, I have a **** sq. ft. home that received all new exterior and 9 windows. I was initially told by the office that it would be 1 day for windows and 2 days for exterior. Window Works sent 2 workers, a ********* and helper. They both looked to be in their 70s. The first day they attached exterior foam boards with nails. It was a weekend, so when they returned, the foam boards were all over my neighborhood. There were also cigarette butts all over my yard. I communicated with the company every step of the way. They were always pleasant, but things tmdidnt get better. I called off work over and over again, and sometimes they didn't show. The workers didn't speak English so it was difficult to communicate. The windows were the wrong measurements so they had to build another frame so that the smaller windows would fit, they left a window with about 1/5 inch gaps my mother's room with no insulation around it Mosquitos everywhere. There was trim in the inside that was installed improperly. The workers had never seen it before. 2 additional workers were added l,but they ********* was horrible. I told the "boss" that I didn't want him back at my home. He used a 2ft level on my 30 ft runs of siding. The first worker was visibly upset at him, I tried to show him how to do it properly, but he became agitated, only to have his work redone in the end. I have a ton of photos that shows the subpar work and more stories. As of now, 6 months later, everything is ok. Today, I noticed the soffit and facia coming apart.

  I later found out that this "crew" never worked with window works. My large job was done by a new crew. A list of complaints: disconnect with office and workers, worker did not know what he was doing, caulking was really bad and used to hide very large gaps between 2 J channels and other large mostakes, cigarette butts remained a problem on my property, no acknowledgement of the days I took off from work due to their miscommunication, the job looked repaired and not new, aluminum had to be replaced due to unacceptable install, windows left over Night with gaps, improper use of trim, one lady in office told me that the job was complete and that everything would need to be under warranty eventhough the job was not done correctly. By the way, everyone in the office who saw the project agreed that it was unacceptable. Nothing was done to address my inconvenience and loss of money for 6 months. I continously got a very nice "we are sorry, this is unacceptable". What a horrible experience.

  First time using Window Works. It was a good experience and I recommend them to all. The hardest part for me is all the lead up to the install. I have very limited "free" time in my schedule and the last thing I want to do is sit through a sales pitch, schedule another appt for measuring, and then have the install. If I have allowed you to come into my home and use some of my free time...all I need is the bottom line as fast as you can. I am appreciative that the end result is nearly perfect but expect the sales pitch to take longer than they say.
