I had 2 packages stolen from on of their delivery drivers and they have refused to help me. These are items worth up to $70. Ive tried contacting them and they dont respond. They have two images to say they delivered but they havent no proof of delivery.Initial Complaint

I was targeted with an ad on ******** from a company named ******** that sells garden tools. It implies that it sells Grandpas Weeder which I own and have had a positive experience with. I ordered a hand tool and an open hoe tool which specifies it comes with a handle. Nowhere does it state this is a business shipping directly from *****. It took a couple of weeks to arrive and there is no handle for the hoe and the head has a v bc ad spot weld. I contacted the company by email twice and have not received any reply. I also messaged them on ********. No response. I left a one star review which was suppressed. The lack of service and deceptive website are problems. I want a replacement and the full tool including handle that I purchased. If thats not possible, I want a refund.Initial Complaint

Courier for the company delivered to the completely wrong address. Pictures of delivery shows the apartment number but none of the buildings in my complex have a steel name plate as shown. My package (Tracking: YT2511521272075786) has been stuck in ******* customs inspection since May 1st. It was marked as released at 11:24 AM but then showed customs inspection again at 11:42 AM, and has had no updates since.**** has not received it, and all my other YunExpress packages which some were literally ordered the same day from the SAME place have already arrived.This delay is extremely frustrating. As YunExpress does NOT respond to requests or messages as I sent over a dozen the last week and a half. I had a package being shipped to my home by this company and *********. The company has my full address listed on the package but a driver for the company said address not found. So the driver took my package to our local post office and just left it so the **** immediately returned it. Not sure why **** didnt just alert me to it being there but YunExpress is at fault for just leaving my package there when all my contact info was on the package. In trying to to contact the shipper they do not have any means of contacting them except for a live agent on the site which is not live its an automated service. It says I would be contacted within 48 hours and that was said on 06April2025 and refuse to reply to me or the seller of the package. The package was abandoned at the post office due to what I believe is neglect or laziness and was passed off as un deliverable. Its not an acceptable term since Amazon, ****, *** and ***** deliver to us daily and have at our home for the past 13 years. After researching YunExpress/********* I found that they both are only a couple years in the business and what reviews that you can find are over 80% negative. You cant even email someone from the company due to not having any information listed or refuse to respond to shippers or recipients. I still have not received my package which was a custom order that I needed for our business. In the Live agent section Ive offered to pick up my package from their closest location which is ridiculous since Ive already paid for shipping but again no response after multiple ignored emails. This company needs to be investigated on their practices. Thank you for your time. Also the package has been out for delivery since Monday 07April2025
