    I bought a phone from them trying to support a fellow vet. I got a useless phone., bad imei Number bad this and that, When all the listing said in the listing was missing a charger. when i asked about the phone he accused me of switched the device (i have no idea how to acquire one of those phones). My suggestion do not buy from this Charliann.

    Ordered a flip phone, paid for the phone and then ended up not getting the phone because it wasn't in stock. It was taking a few days to get my money back and so I sent them an email just asking in regards to when I should get that back, and if they hadn't returned it, I was actually interested in trying to buy another phone from them, the response email was rude and had lots of explanation points at the end of the sentences like they were yelling at me lol. For a supposedly veteran owned company they definitely fell flat on their face. There's no respect or honor in this company that's for sure!!!

    i would put no star if able to. scam!!! ordered a brand new phone, arrived used to the *** and full of scratches, returned it and never got my money refunded. that's besides of their nasty and **** customer service (if they pick up the phone on you once in a blue moon). so if you saw those review's about them, don't be so stupid like i was, and stay away from this scam **** ft, cause you'll never see you'r money back again: but your cc info in bad hands. DON"T BE STUPID.

    The worst company i ever had to deal with, they obviously does not want business, they are nasty, the don't ship what's ordered and the have a very ugly attitude when talking to costumers
