            Purchased a sleep number bed along with the bed frame and head board. Decided it was too much money and called to cancel my order which had not even been delivered. I was informed no return on furniture and seeing how it was only 4 days since I ordered felt it was plenty of time to cancel since earliest delivery date was March 28th. **************** left me on hold for 10 mins before informing me they can cancel the mattress however they can not cancel the furniture as it was final sale: Seeing how I havent received nor been charged I find this practice to be very unfair and simply a scam to force people to buy. I asked and pleaded to cancel and was told had I called within 2 days of order they would be able to do it but cant now. I say buyer beware. I was our understanding we couldnt return the furniture once it was received, which makes sense. Now Im expected to take a bed frame which I will have no use and pay the $2200 bc they dont care about people just their $$$

            Worst customer service ever. My mom is 81 years old and lives alone. she paid over **** dollars for this bed and it is leaking. the bed is a year old. I asked them to come fix it and a service call is not covered under warranty. They want her to trouble shoot it. I would sleep on the floor before I would buy a bed from them.
