      Company incident #******-000357 My order #********* I have well over a thousand dollars with this company I have hosted 3 parties and had hundreds place orders with this company I purchased a cookware tools and utensils set from them and one of the components- a small spatula has since been discontinued Mine unfortunately just decided to break one day - no fault of my own - the flipper literally fell off and I burned myself trying to grab it out of the pan *********** told me I can buy a $16.95 replacement (nearly $22 with shipping)I cannot belive this company that I believed to be so reputable and upstanding will not replace a piece that #1 was a part of a set and not purchased individually and #2 has since been discontinued I respectfully request further review of this matter and a replacement piece be sent

      I have never done any business with, nor ever had any contact with this company. This morning I found a charge on my card (tied to Apple Pay) for $158.31 I have no account nor have I ever had any association whatsoever with this company

      We apologize for the inconvenience this customer is experiencing. We completed an investigation and determined the order and credit card charge were fraudulent. The order was canceled, and the customer's credit card company was notified. A refund has been initiated. Our internal team also completed a data deletion on the personal data involved. This customer's issue should now be resolved.

      getting emails from THE PAMPERED CHEF talking about my new account and orders i placed. i did not do any of that and i see this has happened with numorous people who filed complaints with you.

We completed an investigation and determined an individual created a Pampered Chef account to submit an order with the email address "******************************." Our agent was able to locate the false order and cancel the order. The agent also submitted the request to our privacy team to delete the false account using ************************ The order and account have been deleted.

      An account was opened using my email with a purchase ordered and I never ordered anything from this website. I would like the account closed and purchase cancelled.

      I have never interacted with the business before and received emails saying that I had set up an account and placed an order through them. I reached out to their customer support to file my complaint that someone had fraudulently provided my email address and was using it to place orders. Aside from the worry that someone is using my email address it displays their information to me in a breach of that person's security as well (I can see their personal information). When I reached out to have the account deleted and my email removed I went a week with no response. I filed a second complaint with them and received a response saying that they would have the account deleted and my email removed their data base by replying and confirming. Another week has passed since then with no response once again and no resolution to the problem that I've been experiencing.

      We apologize for the inconvenience this customer is experiencing. We were able to locate the customer's original call from November to our **************** Upon reviewing the call, the customer was advised by the agent she would be getting the product item #****** Nonstick Saut & Steam Pan Removable Handle without the steamer and lid. In December the customer reached out again and our agent apologized for the confusion on the replacement and confirmed the customer would be receiving the helper handle protector and collapsible strainer. The customer should have received the additional parts now.

      I received an email from this company but using a different name as the recipient (some ***** E ****). They claim an account was opened with my email address and they confirmed an order was placed. Theyre obviously using my email to create a fake account because *** never bought anything from them. I want the order cancelled and the account using my email address closed. This is a total scam.

The agent also submitted the request to our privacy team to delete the false account using ************************** The order and account have been deleted.

      Purchased 2 Easy Accent Decorator and on both the ring that holds the tip on the cylinder have cracked

We were unable to locate her orders to prove the items were purchased though Pampered Chef. The agent explained to the customer that without locating the purchases, the products are not covered under the guarantee.

      Bought a bamboo salad bowl from pampered chef consultant around 2006. the bowl has contracted a crack in the side. i sent pics to customer service and was told bowl no longer available, but i could order another one from their book, my cost.i just want the company to honor their lifetime guarantee by either buying me a replacement or refund my money, simple.

The customer purchased the product in 2006. The product carries a 3 year guarantee and is out of guarantee. The product has also been discontinued since 2013. No replacement was processed.

We have worked with out Tech Support Team to correct this error. The item is now marked off the registry. A customer service representative reached out to the customer to confirm this has been fixed.
