    My husband and I purchased granite countertops from Home depo originally, however they use a company TCF the countertop factory. They first came out to our house on 09/08/2025 to take the measurements, we replaced the one by the kitchen sink and our Island. Then on 09/22/2025 they came and installed out new Granite countertops (they sent 2 men whom are both Mexican and the older gentleman I could understand the younger kid hardly spoke English , when they were finished I noticed on our Island that the drawer would not close completely ,it was 3" off I informed the younger kid and he kept saying that it would settle didn't make much since to me then he left. When my husband came home from work I showed him and we immediately called the following day to explain what was wrong. So the following Monday Sept 29th they sent another set of men to take measurements of what could have happened and they discovered that they were off 3". So they took several pictures and I sent them picture prior from the very beginning . I was told by one of the men that they would reach out to me to replace the countertop. Now there only suggestion is for us to hire someone to move the gas line to our stovetop instead of replacing it. I told them I would get back with **** ***** after I spoke to my husband and he said no. That this was there responsibility to fix it. I have been going rounds and rounds with them and No one from either Home Depo or this Countertop place have the solution as to fix this. I am highly upset and the need to make this Right.
