March 19, 2025,I received a package this morning from Wellnee containing 8 boxes of Herbal Knee Patch.I did not order (or reorder) these items. There is no order number listed or order receipt to confirm I purchased the 8 boxes so how do I get my money back Wellnee? In addition, I have the US postal service delivery parcel and ****** Post packing information. According to this I had to pay the Canadian dollar to USD @$147 exchange rate plus tariffs. In addition I paid $24.89 CDN for delivery.This was not authorized! Jan 25, 2025 for $57.37USD and $38.19USD has been charged to my credit card.I expect a refund for the 8 boxes I received today. I cannot locate purchase history as there is no invoice number or any paperwork from Wellnee. $57.37, $37.19 plus $24.89 shipping fee.I anticipate these charges to be refunded to my credit card Wellnee.This company are scammers!!Business Response

Wellnee charged me for 4 orders vs. the 1 I ordered. Claimed that I ordered 2 orders, website malfunction where they claim I ordered 2 orders vs. 1. Charged me for 4 orders and then never responded to my request to credit my account. I still have not heard back from them on a return policy. I looked up other complaints and it seems like this company has a history of charging for more than what was ordered and then not following up with a credit.Business Response

This business has charged me over $100 for what was supposed to be a $17.99 sale. The site traps you into an upsell cycle that cannot escape from. Once I did, I realized that they had charged me for items I was not trying to order. I contacted them within 10 minutes via email to cancel my order. I was told that their expediting process makes canceling difficult who can a sale into shipping within 10 minutes?? Its a scam. Im assuming they guess most people wont file a lawsuit for under $200 in losses. When $17.99 becomes $145 unbeknownst to the customer, that is a theft trap. I dont want their products. I am rejecting this response because: Ripping me off and then offering me half my money back and calling it 'savings' because they're saying "keep the patches" is a COMPLETE INSULT. I DETEST these new ****************** traps. The lack of ethics here is new world. I'm not going to be TRAPPED into buying what I don't wantI told them I'll accept $75% of my money back and keep the patches so as to be DONE. Otherwise, I'll settle for ALL of my money back and RETURNING the product. I am disputing this issue with my bank as well.

I placed an order for 4 pain relief knee sleeves, but I realized later that they placed 2 orders instead of one. I tried to call them three times, but they did not answer even though it was during their business hours. I sent them multiple emails, but their response was that it was too late to cancel and that I should just give their product a try. I'm going to end up with 8 knee sleeves which I don't need, and they charged me $135.72 for them. Reading all the reviews, now I can see that they do this to everyone. Tried to purchase 2 knee braces. Website has an upsell loop that is impossible to navigate and my order ended up being for an additional 4 braces. I only want 2! I immediately contacted them via their customer service link asking to change the order. The response was an email asking me to respond and then another email trying to sell me pain patches. I am so frustrated that at this point I want to just cancel the order. The upsell loop is a disgusting way to get people to spend more money...who needs 6 knee braces?!If this is how this company does business then I question their legitimacy. On Feb 26, 2025 I attempted to order only one package of Wellnee product to try for $17.95. As I was checking out they tried to upsell me different packages. I kept trying to get out of the choices with no luck. They actually charged me for a total of five packages deal. The upsell is very misleading.. I ended up being charged $73.86. Order # ************** and conf. # ******. I attempted to go back in to the website and was again being upsold and trying to get out of the site. I ended up somehow ordering 4 ore patches for $60.91. Order #************* and conf# ******* I was getting very frustrated. So right away I emailed them to cancel the order and they said on their website they cannot cancel an order in process. This was less than 2 minutes after placing these orders. I am disgusted with this company and do not want ANY of their products. Once received, I immediately went on their website to ask for a refund and how to return the items, providing them all the details. I have not heard back from them in four days. I attempted to goo back on the site today and resubmit the request. The website says it is down and I have no way to contact them. How did the order get processed when I emailed within minutes of placing it? I just want to cancel the order and receive a refund. Wellnee - I ordered a knee brace from them. After finishing the order, I realized I had ordered the package of 6 knee braces. I only wanted one!! Their way of placing an order is deceptive. I thought I would have a chance to look over what Id put in my cart, but suddenly I had ordered 6. I immediately canceled my order, but received an email this morning saying the package had been sent. They wont answer the phone. The buttons that they say to choose wont work. On 1/20/25 i was attempting to order one box of their knee patches for my husband who has chronic knee pain. Their website immediately was popping up ads to purchase other items, which I was clicking deny on or no thanks ,and before I knew it I had somehow may two orders of four boxes of patches which I did not want. As soon as I hit the order button, I knew I had made a mistake and had tried to make multiple attempts to call their number, which said it was open twenty four hours and was unable to talk to someone. Their phone system kept saying agents were unavailable and disconnecting me. I then immediately made several emails to try to get them to stop the order. I did receive one communication telling me it was too late. I replied to that communication saying, I would refuse the package and have it returned to them that I only wanted one box. I was still not getting any replies until I went through their system again, explaining and asking where my refund was. The moment I mentioned anything about money. I did receive an email back stating that their return policies were laid out at the time I ordered. At this time, I am out almost $90 and the product. Since it has been returned to them all they can tell me is that they are sorry and that I did not follow their procedures.. I have acted in good faith. When I immediately try to contact them by phone and email and did not receive a response. This could have been avoided if they would have responded to me like a normal company would have. All I was wanting was one box, i would be happy with receiving the one box and the difference in my money refunded back to me. I believe that since there was no reply. Yesterday I placed an order for pain patches from Wellnee advertised as a special for *****. I went through pages of them trying to upsell me with other offers which I did not want. I used a quick checkout with ******. When I checked how much I had been charged after placing the order I was shocked to see two charges on my credit card totalling ******. Minutes later I emailed Wellnee to ask for a refund but have not received a reply to confirm a refund. A refund is possible if the order is still in process apparently. They sent me an acknowledgment email to say there might be a delay in their response.I then checked the BBB website to see similar complaints. Based on other customer experiences I am expecting ********************** to come back to say that it is too late for a refund and that the item has already shipped.
