    This company is awful. I asked to have my door code changed because my roommate no longer lives with me, and they refused. I've been paying my rent online for a year and now all of a sudden that is no longer an option, and now I have to get cashier's checks. I am a truck driver and not always in town so getting a cashier's check to them on time is nearly impossible. They are the rudest people I have ever dealt with and refuse to help you with anything. I'm giving them 1 star only because I have to in order to leave this review.

    This company withholds security deposits and does not provide any evidence as to why. Then when a dispute is provided to them they magically throw a little more money out. They are withholding for cleaning, which violates Idaho Code. Once pointed out to them, they give just enough back to make it not worth your time to take them to small claims. They are a horrible company with horrible business practices.
