  They won't answer calls or emails to cancel the subscription. I've called and selected option to "subscribe" and they will immediately answer, as soon as I request to cancel they hang up. They claim there is a way to do it on the admin account portal, but once you follow the instructions it doesn't work. This company is a scam to get you signed up and then give you no way to get it cancelled

  There was a payment issue between customer and broker that I had resolved but the factoring company has not responded to any of my emails phone calls or texts. Its been 3 weeks that I havent got paid. At this point I think 3% is way to much for their sREMOVEDservice. Im taking my business somewhere else.

  They change their policy to fit each situation un their favor. The do load recourse even with the Rate Confirmation and signed BOL not trust worthy . TS bottom line is them and NOT the carrier.

  I been with this company almost 11 years but lately this company is in the dumps. Take to long to get paid and they still charging the full 3% factoring fees and whenever you call you have wait until they call you back its like these people are working from home and no one have a answer to give you. Im in the process of getting a new factoring company and I hope everything goes smooth and Truckstop doesnt try and stall

  They have gone downhill over the last several months. I have been trying to reach them for 6 days now. I have called, requested a call back, held on hold for over 4 hours daily, sent emails and can not get a response. I have questions that need answered right away. This is definitely not how business should be done. Very disappointed.

  Hice mi primer pago y al REMOVEDdia me cancellan el servicio ,hoy se vencio el pago y quieren cobrar por un servicio que no dieron,y no me quieren regresar mi dinero que pague por un mal servicio ,puras mentiras se vuelve esta company para que pasen los REMOVEDy no regresar el dinero que pague,ellos robaron mi dinero ,el vendedor solo me vendio y nunca mas me contesto,esta muy mal lo que hacen ,

  Do not factor with truckstop, they say that it is optional use the factoring but if you don't use the factoring they suspend the services but they don't close the account until you pay 500 dollars, they are a total fraud..

  DO NOT FACTOR WITH THIS FACTORING COMPANY. When I started the factoring with this company everything was going smooth as they stated but after a while everything changed I would submit all my paperwork early morning to make sure I would get paid the next day and that didnt happen I had to wait an additional day to get paid. They have poor customer service. It is very difficult to get intouch with a rep. you would need to leave your phone number and if you get lucky youll receive a call back the same day. After deciding that I no longer wanted to do business with their factoring company. they made things very difficult for me to transition to a new factoring company,

  HORRIBLE, STAY AWAY Over the last month everything has gone downhill. non-recourse? LOL NO No contract? NO Promises of next day pay? LOL ROFL ONLY when it is convenient for them, but hey they will at least keep charging you your fee. BUT not Provide the service. Hold times? Over an hour, Call back sure AFTER it is too late do a wire etc. OH and yes, the emails. Send to: That changes constantly. I am looking for somewhere else to go. REMOVED

  They have deceptive business practices. The salesman called me three times a day for two weeks to sign up for the load board advised me that the load board brokers would except a new MC less than 30 days which is not true. Once I signed up, the salesman told me that he would be my point of contact of it for my first 30 day once he took my credit card and process the first payment. I was never able to reach him again then when I try to sign up for a load under one of the brokers that were listed on the load board, they would only except an MC that was older than 90 days when I asked for a refund they declined and said that they dont promise anything even though the sales person did promise, and guarantee that these brokers would work with a new MC.
