Same story, Had my bike for years, Did nothing, empty promises. I gave hime a 5K deposit. He fixed my clutch and did basic work. and charged me 5k . Are you kidding me? The only reason I got even one dime back is because I threatened to tell his girlfriend ...wife.... that he was being a scumbag on another level. DO NOT GIVE THIS PERSON YOUR BUSINESS. He will take your bike and your money and never return either. I dont even want to leave a star, I want to leave negative stars.

Absolutely disgusting. They have had my bike for 3 years supposedly fixing it. I got it back a year ago only for it to still be broken and not even running so we took it back. They left my bike in the shop untouched and stopped responding to emails and phone calls just trying to get the bike back. My father is retired military and did his best to save over $6000 to get this bike rebuilt for me as a graduation gift and a gift for recovering from a stroke and being able to walk again in time for graduation. We eventually had to call the police for him (******* the owner) to contact us. He promised to get the bike fixed and said it was progressing fantastically and if we wanted it earlier then Aug 15 to let him know. We did say we want it by July 31 and he said that was fine. He said he would attach pictures of the bike and never did. Finally my parents said they would come get the bike on Friday (today) unless he said otherwise. Instead of letting us know today didnt work he sent us an email saying my bike, **** ***** TS-90, was sitting in pieces in the alley behind the shop. Now we have to contact the police again and try to get our money back. Shameful and disgusting to scam a U.S veteran and his family like this.
