      Dear Better Business Bureau: Precision Tax Relief, LLC was hired (and failed) to assist me (taxpayer) come into compliance with the *** based on my unique financial situation and the programs offered by the ***. Precision committed, to work in the best interest of its client- they FAILED!Nature of dispute comes with vivid disappointment, this company has proven to be disreputable due to their false promises, poor execution, high fees, poor communication, and insensitive/disrespect for others. This company has received my money without providing much value from the $5800.00 payment. The fee was paid in full prior to any services rendered. They fail to deliver the promised service. Precision Tax advisors never took time to understand my income and expenses, as well as the nature of my issues with the taxing authorities. They failed to follow up on multiple occasions Over the last months, Precision Tax fail to effectively communicate the service plan needs and lack setting clear expectations and habitually demonstrated poor follow up. January 12, 2023, I (client) and ******************* (tax advocate) had a call with Precision. I was verbally scolded, belittled- spoken to in an unwelcoming tone by a Sr. ***** manager (*****************) at Precision Tax, and therefore, I no longer feel comfortable they can represent me without being unbiased based on past treatment. My partnership with Precision Tax is unfixable due to broken trust and gross abuse of authority which impacts the customer client relationship. On this call, the manager continued to verbally reprimand me; repeatedly yelling and humiliated me on the call. I left the call broken in million pieces. This is the type of treatment clients should not have to tolerate, it is not part of the agreement!I requested a full refund of $5800.00 as NO meaningful work was produced. Instead, Precision Tax offered to refund $500.00, which I refused. This company needs to take accountability! This is a FRAUD!

      In response to ********************** complaint, we carefully reviewed her concerns and made every effort to reach an acceptable repayment agreement based on her financial situation and within IRS guidelines. Despite facing numerous and lengthy delays in receiving updated information from *****************, we were able to successfully process her delinquent returns and compile her financial information. We presented ****************** with various payment options, but unfortunately, she was not satisfied with any of the options we offered. Our objective was to bring ****************** into compliance and create a manageable repayment plan for her significant tax liability. However, we understand that ********************** concerns primarily revolve around the repayment terms for her tax liability, and we respect her perspective.

      We want to assure our clients that we provided ****************** with direct feedback in a respectful and professional manner, and our team members did not demonstrate any indication of disrespect or denigration towards her. Throughout our engagement, we maintained consistent communication with ***************** through phone conversations, emails, and text messages. All calculations were meticulously documented and shared with the client to ensure transparency and accountability. We equipped ****************** with the necessary tools to prevent the accumulation of further liabilities and to achieve compliance with tax regulations.

      In conclusion, we value open communication and excellent customer service at **********************. We understand each client's unique needs and provide personalized attention and tailored solutions. Our team maintains consistent communication with clients, and all calculations are meticulously documented and shared. We offer guidance and necessary tools to ensure lasting success in managing tax liabilities and compliance with tax regulations.       No, the compliant has not been resolved. I will not be accepting the $500.00 refund offered by Precision Tax (PT). I am asking to be reimbursed the FULL refund of $5800.00 due to their lack of service, failure to maintain open clear communication and habitually, demonstrated poor follow up.
      Precision demonstrated failure to act transparently and candidly, undermining the pledge to work in the best interest of the client.
       
      In response to Precision Tax
      Over the last 13 months, Precision Tax unsuccessful delivered tax resolution per terms in the written agreement and verbal pledge to advocate and execute on behalf of the client.
      Precision Tax Relief, LLC was retained to assist with services to help me come into compliance with the *** based on my unique financial situation.
      They neglected to negotiate a manageable repayment plan for the outstanding tax liability. Ineffectively, Precision demonstrated they lacked efforts to negotiate and drive a win-win outcome.
       
      Precision Tax has falsely and inaccurately described actions taken - in summary, action steps, stated in this response are simply not true and can be supported through documentation, recorded calls, and a witness (*******************).
      To clarify and set the record straight:
      ? all delinquent returns (2013- 2021) were prefilled out and completed by tax preparer *******************, not an employee of Precision Tax Relief
      ? all financial tax information was compiled and shared with Precision Tax (on two separate occasions)
      ? no 1:1 discussion or was equipped with any tools/resources to prevent accumulation of further liabilities
      ? Precision Tax did not provide the consumer with various payment options (* supporting documentation)
      ? Precision Tax demonstrated disrespectful, unprofessional, and degrading behavior.
      I was verbally attacked January 12, 2023, and no longer felt comfortable continuing in the partnership. (*recorded call January 12, 2023, - see addition detail below).
       
      January 12, 2023, ******************* (advocate- tax preparer), and I (client) reached out to Precision Tax to follow up on the November paperwork submit- I wanted a status update. I was informed I needed to speak with *********************, about my account. In conferencing with ************, I was surprised to hear him threaten to potentially put my account on hold and implied an added fee would be added. I was confused by the statement, as I had submitted all required paperwork in November 2022 and was waiting to hear back from Precision Tax. ***************** seems to not be familiar and abreast of my case status. He became increasingly upset as I asked several questions about the account status, which he was not able to address. This was a pattern and great cause for concern from a client perspective. 
      He continued to become increasingly belligerent on the call with **** (witness) and I he proceeded to speak in a verbally loud, threaten tone - he verbally reprimands me; repeatedly yelling and belittling me. I was gutted!
      I left the call broken in million pieces, feeling shamed for seeking assistance. That is the type of treatment towards clients that should not be tolerated, and it is not part of the agreement!
       
      My partnership with Precision Tax unfixable due to broken trust and gross abuse of authority and unprofessionalism.
      I have sufficient documentation, recording and witness to support my grievance. I hope that by bringing my claim against Precision Tax Relief, LLC I have shone a light on their failure to act in the best interest of the consumer and I want people who experience mistreatment by corporations to know they can make their voice heard.

Regrettably, it must be emphasized that not all taxpayers possess the qualifications necessary to avail themselves of the coveted IRS tax relief.  In light of her expectations falling short, she audaciously requested a refund when we completed the work for which we were hired.

      Thoroughly scrutinizing every iota of correspondence with ******************, we conducted an exhaustive examination and concluded that no member of our esteemed Team treated her unjustly or with any measure of maltreatment.

      Although it is true that we did not personally prepare ********************** tax returns, we diligently filed multiple returns on her behalf and meticulously monitored her transcripts in strict adherence to the stringent guidelines set forth by the **** Our solid focus was to guide her towards IRS compliance and furnish her with a comprehensive financial analysis to ascertain her eligibility for enrollment in a suitable repayment program.

      It is absolutely imperative to underscore the fact that ********************** profound dissatisfaction with the available IRS terms does not, under any circumstances, bestow upon her the entitlement to a refund in accordance with the terms and conditions of our contract.

      Despite the financial analysis falling short of her lofty expectations, we unequivocally provided her with an unparalleled level of customer service and maintained ********clear communication throughout the entire process. Our dedicated team offered resolute support to her, even in light of the constraints imposed upon ** by the stringent guidelines set forth by the **** We genuinely wish her the utmost success in her ******* endeavors to resolve her lingering tax matters.

      Precision was hired to help with an *** tax issue. Over the course of eight months, they continually made errors in paperwork. After thet finally got the paperwork corrected, they were supposed to negotiate a payment arrangement with the **** They negotiated a payment plan and a lien was filed because a certain form was never received. The *** then rejected the 2nd attempt with the 433D form request. *********************** was contact last April and I was told she would get right on it and resolve the matter with the **** For several months, received no contact from ****************. I reached out in November and was told she had not been contacted by the **** It is now February 2023, and this matter is still not resolved. I think they are avoiding the issue, and have not been truthful. They were paid $1600. I want a refund for incomplete services.

      To Whom it May ************************* been working with the staff over at Precision Tax and I feel like my complaint was lodged with the BBB after they started helping me with resolving my problem with the **** I do believe that due to the stress, I presented a complaint when Precision Tax was already helping me resolve my issue. The *** currently has a taxpayer advocate assigned to my case to correct the issue regarding a lien that the *** incorrectly filed.  

      Would you please remove this complaint?  I would like to formally remove my complaint as the issue was already addressed by Precision Tax prior to me contacting the BBB.
