  Good afternoon,I have been paying Precision REMOVEDfor over a year to handle my tax related issues. I will have to look at my initial payment, but I believe it was April 2024 that I initiated their services. The REMOVEDis now threatening a lean against my property if something isn't handled with them by 09 May. Precision Tax has charged me $342 a month for over a year without handling anything with the REMOVEDThis includes any payment arrangements, forgiveness arrangements, etc. I have contacted them to no avail to handle these issues and now I face the risk of losing my property. I would like to recoup all the money they have taken since they have been paid to complete a service, with zero services rendered if possible. I would appreciate all of your assistance in this matter.

  Precision Tax Relief has been actively working to protect the client from REMOVEDcollection actions and work toward a lasting resolution of their tax issue.
  
  Since engaging our services, we have successfully protected the client from enforced REMOVEDcollection activity, including levies and garnishments. This is a key service that ensures our clients are not subject to immediate financial harm while we work through the resolution process.
  
  We are aware of the REMOVEDnotice received by the client and have taken appropriate steps to protect his account and prevent immediate enforcement. As of the date of this response, the REMOVEDhas not levied the clients income or assets. The notice is a warning of potential action if the matter is not addressed.
  
  We have rendered meaningful services over the life of the engagement, including establishing REMOVEDcommunication, securing account transcripts, analyzing resolution options, and providing ongoing protection from enforced collection. While we regret that the client feels dissatisfied, we have made every effort to fulfill our obligations within the limits allowed by the REMOVEDbased on the clients compliance status.
  
  We remain available to discuss next steps and help the client resolve his case when he is willing to complete his filing compliance.

  I wasnt able to respond in time. The company has dragged out my case since October of 2023 with no resolution, they continue to collect money from me monthly and I continue to incur penalties and fees, that is the scheme. They draw out the case, pass the case around to 4 or 5 different people claiming to need responses to things already responded to, request records already sent.
  
  The only thing they said that was true was the REMOVEDhasnt collected anything from me but it is at the point they are trying to put Levis and leans on me. They only started moving on this case once the complaint was filed with the BBB.

  Mr. REMOVEDcase has not yet reached resolution due to multiple delays, primarily related to compliance issues. The necessary tax return has been prepared but has not been paid for, preventing it from being filed with the REMOVED
  
  Additionally, the client repeatedly delayed providing required documentation, which prevented us from reaching a resolution sooner.
  
  The final payment under the clients contract was made this month, and no additional monthly fees have been collected outside of the original agreement. During this time, weve taken proactive steps to protect the client by preventing REMOVEDlevies on wages and bank accounts.
  
  We now have the documentation needed and are currently waiting for an appeals hearing date, where we plan to propose a resolution on the clients behalf. While we understand the importance of moving forward, the REMOVEDcontrols the timeline for scheduling this hearing, and unfortunately, it is outside of our control.
  
  We remain ready to proceed and advocate for the client as soon as the REMOVEDhearing is scheduled.
