  I have relied heavily on Precision for years. They always do what they promise to do. Even upper management executives like ****** treat you like family, maybe a distant cousin.... and specialists like **** and ***** and the great attorney *****, go out of their way to help you when you are in dire need. This is a team you can trust... and that is hard to find these days, in fact -- almost impossible. I don't know what I would do without these folks.

  Precision Tax Relief was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Their help came without judgement but rather empathy and understanding. Unlike other Tax Relief Agencies, they told the truth from beginning to end. Helping me get my tax issues cleaned up, speaking with the government on my behalf to negotiate a resolution I could live with.

  Over the last 5 years, I had unsettling issues with other tax company's and their free phone consultations. Then I discovered Precision Tax Relief and from the initial phone call and their knowledge, Kindness and Compassion , I knew that they are there to help. The person that handles my case is ****** ***** and she is an awesome person, very intelligent and she knows what she is doing and keeps my husband and I in the process, from start to the end. It's been a long journey, but having ****** by our side, made the travel very comfortable and completely stress free.   I am sure that everyone knows the *** can really get you nervous when you start getting letters in the mail. Precision is so professional and extremely thorough when dealing with the ************************. They know the ins and the outs and the concrete details that most of us never have a handle on that but Precision certainly does, no question. My original $110,000 IRS debt as of today is zero, and obviously that is a tremendous lift off of my shoulders and I feel that I can breathe again and can move forward without sweating looking at the mailbox. Jinney was my agent and took control of everything, she answered all of my questions, some I asked over and over again. Jinney was more than competent, her skillful hand on my case was definitely needed, she also felt like a friend with all of our correspondence. I also tip my hat to **** and *****, and all the administrative staff as well. I recommend Precision and Jinney without a second thought. They are the best.

  You are assigned to 1 person and not a team of people who do not know who you are. I worked with another tax firm about 8 years ago and got nowhere. This company knows the tax code and how to work with ***. In a few months they had me in non-collectible status and no threat of levys or garnishment. Jinney was very personable and compassionate. Will work with this company for all my tax needs.

  This is an honest review, they are so professional and knew all the in's and out of the *** codes. I got an *** settlement that was amazing, the amount of relief you get once it is over and done...priceless. Hard to shop a company when you really never know, I feel I just got lucky by finding them on my own, had a former company that frustrated me with all the showmanship but very little resolve, almost preying on your emotions. None of that here worked this my payment schedule, over delivered on there promise. That is what happened for me and I am sure they will do the same for you.

  I have had the pleasure of working with Precision Tax Relief (PTR) for the past few years, and I am more than happy to share my experience. She helped me navigate the challenges I had created for myself, always with kindness and professionalism. When you see all the tax relief companies out there, its hard to know who to trust.   Had a very tricky IRS SNAFU that I couldn't navigate myself. After initially trying a tax attorney I finally turned to ****** their reviews were so good. They were wonderful, explained things very well including to expect a rather drawn out timeframe. They knew exactly what to do and what steps to take. When one thing didn't work (happened many times as the *** **** was really not particularly helpful) they knew exactly how to change the approach and finally got an excellent result. They were also very responsive to my correspondence and proactive about giving me updates even when the news was "IRS still not moving on this."
