            I paid Idahome Energy to install a roof mounted solar package on my home. On May 7th, 2021 they applied for a building permit # BP2021-0495 which never had a framing inspection nor a final inspection.Nov 16th 2023 Canyon County ***** sent me and electric authority a notice informing me that the permit was expired which is how I found out that the inspections were never completed. I currently cannot sell my home home due to the permit never being completed.I did contact Idahome Energy, they told me that they partnered with a different company (electric authority) and 27 total homes were left like this. They wanted me to try to remedy this by contacting ****************** myself but I informed them I did business with them and they were responsible. Eventually the owner of Idahome Energy told me that he would handle it but I have not heard back from them since.

            I have transferred my solar account to ********************** as they are receptive to my concerns and have helped me transfer my monitoring system to them. I trust they will always advise when adjustments need to be made to my operating system and they will help me quickly and efficiently. The entire staff has been receptive to phone calls and requests for help. I am very confident in a caring team to head the system for me.
