I have transferred my solar account to ********************** as they are receptive to my concerns and have helped me transfer my monitoring system to them. I trust they will always advise when adjustments need to be made to my operating system and they will help me quickly and efficiently. The entire staff has been receptive to phone calls and requests for help. I am very confident in a caring team to head the system for me.Review from Kelly M

We used Idahome Solar to install our second system in a different home. ***** and his team are fantastic to work with, very efficient and the updates were always appreciated. Have and older house and it has taken a long time to get all up to code, new electric panel, new roof and then solar instillation. When all permits were done solar installation took 4 days and we were ready for ***** Power to switch us over. That is to happen this week so system is not hooked up yet but they have taken good care of us.

Idahome will walk you through each step of the process of installing solar panels for your home. They have excellent communication skills that help avoid problems, and minimize the impact if any problems should arise. The Idahome team is very knowledgeable and professional. The process was carefully explained upfront, and when I had questions, I could call, email, or text members of the team, and I would receive a prompt response. I also like the fact that now that ythe installation is finished, I can still call, text, or email ANY questions or concerns regarding payments, function, mechanical problems, or whatever, to the team. It is reassuring to have that support given the amount of money invested. We are very pleased.
