Not only is Syringa Property Management a bad place to live they treat their employees like dirt. They lie in their lease to make it sound like a wonderful place to live, they advertise free internet and charge the tenant ***** how is that free? They say they give tenants the option to move to a bigger or better place but they don't they don't allow transfers and they will charge a break lease fee. They fix things as cheap as possible instead of right even if a tenant has lived there from day one of them being built and pays their rent on time they will evict them in 3 days if they are struggling, they have no heart and don't care about the person, it's all about the money. The regional manager makes the employee do wver job there from manager, grounds, maintenance, and clean and then treats you like c*** if you are behind. Tells you to be more proactive and then tells lies about you to make herself look good. I give Syringa Property Management 0 stars and if at all possible would suggest if you plan on living there plan on never being cared about and staying in the same place your whole life, when you move out no matter what you do they will take your deposit so don't bother doing anything extra, and don't work for them all you are is a slave and they don't care about everything you do or how hard you work.
