Complete scammers!!!!!! Run from this company!!!!**** and his team members are liars and will steal your deposit! They wanted a deposit within 24 hrs. Yet they wouldnt allow my husband and I to see the lease for 12 days!!!! That is TWELVE DAYS!!! We asked every day for the lease terms and they refused! Once we finally got a template lease - the restrictions were horrendous, unethical and oppressive! We would never agree to sign a lease, let alone hand over$ ***** deposit ! ******** and *** are liars too- meanwhile we were bombarded Every day by different companies hired by Keyrenter asking for information to set up utilities and basically attacked by OurPetPolicy! Do not sign with that company either!!!! They will take your animals from you once you sign the policy, they will have the right to enter your home and steal your pets. They still have our money, we will be suing them shortly! Run from Keyrenter property management!!!!! **** is a nightmare! Run from OurPetPolicy!!!! They want to ruin your life!!! Look for another home to rent without them!!!
