  The single worst rental experience of my life. The management was contradictory with itself, ineffectual at maintaining the wellness of the property, and grossly unprofessional.One of their employees, A, blatantly lied to us throughout our difficult experience and verbally abused us at several points. The owner, J, is one of the most unpleasant humans Ive ever had the misfortune to meet. The truest definition for a slum lord, J runs a business built on protecting shady property owners and doing as little as possible when it comes to home maintenance, while gouging for fees and fines wherever possible. She treats valid complaints and issues like attacks and made it apparent that shed rather we just shut up or move out. Their property at ************* is in dangerous disrepair and is fundamentally unsound after it was divided into two separate units. When we had disagreements with our neighbors, she played favorites and gave credence to their baseless accusations against me and my roommate, causing substantial disruptions to our lives. Disrespect, disregard, disposable are the words that come to mind when describing Cobblestones perspectives on their tenants. If you are considering renting from them, Id urge you to seek housing literally anywhere else on Earth. If I could rate them 0/5, it still wouldnt come close to capturing the misery renting from them has caused me.

  Hi *******, we are truly sorry you feel this way. We feel as though we did everything possible to make your tenancy comfortable, and enjoyable since taking over management of this property. We feel that, as a management company, we have done everything within our power to address your concerns. We have met with you, responded to your requests on a daily basis, responded to your flood, put you up in an Airbnb while repairs were done, gave you a rent credit, wrote a parking addendum, as requested by you. We am sorry this shared home did not fit your life style and we hope you find a home that accommodates you in every way possible.

  If I could vote a zero I would! I wouldn't call this a property management company as a matter of fact I would call it horrifying, they're out to steal your home from underneath you by the means of bullying and threats. I have watched them time and time again kick people out of their homes for no reason as they're now currently doing to me only because I called their corporate and complained about a property manager who is abusing verbally other tenants as well as myself she accuses and lies and make sure life miserable so either you leave on your own or she takes you to court for BS so that they can take your home. Myself and many other tenants signed statements and sent them to corporate and corporate intern turned around and gave them to the property manager now I'm being told that I forged these signatures which is false I've gone as high as I can go I'm told that the last person that I was given the contact information for was the end of the line they never contacted me back but the middle people they're just as corrupt. I have the manager stating that basically she's above us and we're below her and she doesn't give a **** about anybody in this community nobody wants some management like that when I brought that to corporate's attention they only let her know so now I'm going to court they've refused to accept my rent money I was sent a text telling me that if I agreed to sign an agreement that they would forgo the court proceedings and I could sign a contract with them that I would put my home up for sell and sell it in 90 days I'm a single mother going through a medical crisis for myself and they're trying to bully me or force me out of my home? Their management is conducting the behavior of this manager and they have zero integrity the leadership is the worst of the worst they condone shady, untrustworthy, liars as employees who will lie cheat and steal to get what they want which is your home this company owner should really focus on the animals employed
