    Somehow they got our phone number and they call EVERY SINGLE DAY. We have never had student loans so it is very frustrating to always find missed calls/messages on our machine from a company we would have no reason to do business with.

    The following is in response to ***** ***** comments submitted July *******, about calls purporting to be from Aspire Servicing Center.

    We have been made aware that scammers are spoofing our phone number and impersonating the company. The calls Ms. **** has received are not from Aspire Servicing Center. Please do not engage with the callers.

    We understand that this experience is frustrating, and we apologize for the inconvenience. Please be assured that legitimate calls from Aspire Servicing Center are only made if there is a business need. We do not share account information over the phone without verification of identity, and we never ask for personal or financial information over the phone.

    HORRIBLE! Someone hacked my card from my mail box and used it at 2 locations and then told me I was responsible for it!!! Offered no help whatsoever! Still trying to get it taken care of while my credit report is being affected but they dont care!!!

    Aspire Servicing Center is a student loan servicer for both federal and private student loans and does not offer a credit card nor do we service that type of debt. This review is for the wrong company.

    They don't deposit checks for up to 3 weeks but only give 2 weeks to pay. Charging for late payments. Done on purpose to scam out late fees. Payment was set in the bank on 6/6/25. They didn't deposit check by 6/30/25..... but charged late fee. 24 days!!!! Its a scam bank or a very bad business

    Do not use this company . I closed my scolding in April . They lied to the ************* and said that they closed the account .. this is false !!! Thaannnn they reported again to the credit bureau that my account was passed due when the account has been closed for 3 months . This company is a scam and I would NEVER get a card with them unless you want trouble and your credit to decline because of them .

    I wish I ******* this card before accepting the $***** limit first offered. I got approved for *****, the card comes in the meal, $150 annual fee is taken off before I even activate the card. Then I see theres only a $500 limit. I contact the chat *** and they said there never was a $***** offer. Which is wild, because I got the paper in the mail.

    I cant even rate this company THEY SUCKI closed my account and not realizing I made a double payment on the balance I owed, when I called customer service they told me the following. I would have to wait a 10 day graces period before refunding the over payment, then a refund check would be sent to me. The wrong amount was issued to me and to this date I still havent received my refund Aug. 23, 2023. I have spoken to supervisor and the corporate office and now several times the last call was Aug. 13, 2024 and then today Aug. 23, 2024. To follow up and still nothing. They also charge a monthly maintenance fee to have an open account. Since now that my credit is much better then it was years ago I no longer need this card or anymore like it

    Their website and phone payments are both either completely un usable or very painful to use. The website simply didnt let me press the make a payment button. Do you want my money or do you just want to report to the credit bureaus that I chose not to pay you when in fact I simply couldnt?The auto debit button also failed to work in multiple browser on multiple devices.The phone payment took ten minutes. It shouldve been five tops.

    Aspire Servicing Center recently received this account for ******************, and the first due date with Aspire Servicing Center was June 18, 2024. The existing arrangements for automatic payments from a checking or savings account transferred with the account, and a payment was successfully made through that method on June 18.However, during the weekend preceding this payment, Aspire Servicing Centers payment system was experiencing issues that resulted in consumers having difficulty making a manual payment online. Aspire Servicing Center apologizes for these issues, which have since been resolved.A customer service representative spoke to the consumer on June 18 to advise of the account status.The account is current and no negative credit reporting occurred. Automatic payments are scheduled to withdraw the required $50.00 payment each month on the 18th. If the consumer would like to make additional payments outside of the automatic payments, those may be made by phone, online or by mailed check as listed on the Aspire Servicing Center website.If the consumer has any questions or experiences issues with the system in the future, Aspire Servicing Center encourages him to contact the customer service area directly at **************. Representatives are available 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Central time) Monday through Friday.

    Look at how many bad reviews there are yet they have an A+ rating? WTF? This place is the worst to deal with, they are just plain not nice people. They have zero patience when working with people. I literally think they enjoy ruining lives. Typical Iowa people though, always trying to prove a point so that they are noticed when in reality no one barely knows **** exist. 99% of people in **** will do nothing in their lives except the same cycle over and over of literal nothingness. Reading the reviews though it's very obvious that these people are as bright as the ones working at **** Student Loan...what a page of ignorance.

    This credit card is a scam and a fraud since I have been making my payments on time but only once I miss a payment because my bank account was hacked into and I told that to Aspire but they didnt *********** but I did keep on making my monthly payments between $23.60-$28.00 every month and they still charged me with a late fee even though I was paying 100% on time and that is a SCAM AND A FRAUD!!!!!!!!

    This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I worked in lending for years. Their practice is unprofessional. Avoid them at all costs!!
