1 starUsed them for holiday lighting for 5 years. Year 6, I prepaid in October to get a discount of 5 %. Waited until just before Thanksgiving and no one showed to install. Called and was told it would be the following week. No one showed by Dec 1 and I called again. Promised to come next day and didn't show. Next day I called and asked for a refund. Absolutely terrible service.

I am sincerely sorry for the poor service that you received this year in regard to the installation of your Christmas Display. It is not our intent to have our customers disappointed in any service that we provide. Unfortunately, we have been extremely short-handed during this particular installation season. It has been quite difficult to hire seasonal people in Eastern Iowa and have them fit all the criteria to be employed (driving record/passing a pre-employment drug test). Add in the caveat that some people do not like heights and/or working on a roof - the pool of employees available to work is pretty thin. This leads to frustration for both you and us as a service provider.
Normally it has been an enjoyable service to provide our customers, and we normally have the lights up by Thanksgiving for our existing customer base. This year has been quite disappointing due to our inability to hire people who will put in an honest day's work for good wages.
Please be assured that we will provide a full refund of your pre-payment.
