    Very ************* reclining sofa. My only complaints were delays in shipping. Probably more issues with the delivery company than the actual furniture company. Had to argue several times with the shipping company and then the furniture company finally jumped in to handle it when it was a month overdue on the shipping. Sofa is super comfy. Thank you. I think the company would do better investing in different shipping options.

    To start off, the website photos are fairly bad & not clear enough to distinguish differences in ************************* of furniture variants (ex. ****** Furniture ****** vs Flynnter sleigh beds). The online photos are not anywhere near as good as on other online merchants, so customers have a hard time distinguishing the difference. Thus, what you end up getting is the wrong variant as the delivered item looks vastly different from the online photo.Additionally, this merchant charges an ********* for ************** that's not even to the room inside residence, then takes forever to respond to issues when needing a ******************** for correct item, charges a high restock fee & doesn't refund customer back for original taxes that customer paid. Needless to say, the moving transportation provider that ordered the item with them for me will never work with this merchant ever again. You are way better off getting an ****** furniture item from another merchant or directly from Ashley ********************* where you can easily distinguish the correct item, for $99 you get delivery & assembly in room, and it's hassle free with added bonus of great customer service.

    Been waiting 3 months for a credit on an item we did not keep on delivery. **************** either doesnt answer nor do they return messages nor emails. When they do actually answer I get told that they see the credit on my account pending and will get Accounting to process it immediately and call me back. No one ever calls back and I am still waiting! Absolutely worst customer service and accounting service.

    Were truly apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. We recently went through a computer conversion and the ability to process refunds has been a huge hit to our company. We are working diligently to expedite refunds as quickly as we are able to. This isnt anything weve ever had to navigate before and were truly apologize.     I purchased an item and before picking it up a couple days later, I decided to cancel and get refunded. No problem to do. However, I have not been refunded yet and its been almost 3 weeks now. Keep getting told refunds are taking about 15 business days. I just dont understand with todays technology how they can instantly take the money out of your account at time of purchase, but take weeks to refund you the money back. Its ridiculous!

    I am so disappointed in this store. I went in and ordered 3 complete bedroom sets with beds as we had a house fire in May and I needed all new items for me and my children. Things went great they said all items but a chest were in stock. Great! Then I go in a week later to order a couch and change the address on my previous order. When I went to change the address on my previous order they stated those items are not in stock and were not when I ordered and blamed it on there new system and they had no clue when they would be getting them in. So I had to pick out new beds for my kids which ended up being cheaper. So they were giving me a refund. I was told it would be **** days for the refund to come back to me. Here we are over 10 days later and still no refund. I called and they now say it will be up to 3 weeks. I told them that unacceptable and all I hear from the staff is its the new system we are back because the new system. The refund policy states **** days too. They have blamed everything on there new system but, are not helpful in getting it taken care of. They just say we will send an email and see if we can get it to you quicker but, it could see be 3 weeks. I do not feel 3 weeks is reasonable at all. I will not be going back to homemakers after this and will not recommend them to anyone. Very disappointing that they do not show any care about there customers I wish that there was enough space to go over everything that was said ******* this.

    Ordered a chair and then it was canceled by me and I have been waiting 14 days so far to have my account credited. You can never get anyone on the phone and they do not respond to emails or to phone messages. Worst customer service ever!

    Loved the store and used to shop here A LOT. I changed careers and moved, so haven't been in awhile. Needed a new couch, wanting a sectional - came to my favorite furniture goods store. LEAVING DISAPPOINTED. They gave me a gift card for $200 for a previous purchase many years ago. This had no expiration date and I've heard NOTHING about it. I went to use it today on my sectional and several miscellaneous items. *** at checkout told me they sent out a new one in the mail about a year ago - I did not receive this new card or any notice that they were breaking their promise they made by telling me if I purchased a large amount of their product, they would give me $200 to use on future purchases. They broke that promise. And they did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to try and make it better. Did not even say they were sorry. I ended up handing about $100 of product back and they didn't even offer a percentage or a coupon off. I was visibly upset and they did not care at all. I won't be back to Homemakers ever again.

    My wife and I purchased a crib and dresser/changing table for our son and daughter-in-law who are expecting early next year. We arranged for delivery on a specific date (that my son took off from work), confirmed with the salesperson the date, address and phone number for contact. The salesperson confirmed that the delivery people would be in contact using the phone number provided no later than the morning of delivery. Then they never showed up. Upon calling the store, my daughter-in-law was told that it was never scheduled for delivery but for customer pick up instead. Had this been the case, my son and I would have taken our wives back to the apartment and returned the day of the purchase since the items were in stock. Instead, he had to borrow a truck and drive from **** to ********** himself after blowing a day off from work waiting on the delivery.

    We bought two recliners in 2019 and was sold the Guardsman protection. At the time of the sale, we were undecided about going with a light color but the the sales person indicated that the protection would cover routine cleaning of the chairs as many times as we needed it so we decided to go with the light color. I just submitted a claim to have the chairs cleaned and the claim was denied as Guardsman indicated they do not do routine cleaning. I feel the Guardsman protection that we purchased was misrepresented at the time of the sale and now we will have to pay someone to have the chairs cleaned.

    I purchased 3 pieces of ****** ******************** 2 recliners and a loveseat that are all power. I have had service at my house 4 different times to fix this problem of poor cushion quality and they will be fine for a couple of weeks and the cushions will not last. They have contacted ****** again and are replacing the cushions again and after that they will not do anything else about them. I have been told by the service man that ********************* have not been good quality. I also was told that Homemakers suggestion was next time to not buy ****** products. I asked why so they sell them and no response other that some people love them. When you sit in the ******************** its like sitting in boards. Pretty sad when a person has spent almost ******* on the ********************. And the next time the cushions breaks down its on me as my warranty will be over. What ever happened to the customer being satisfied?
