    Date of vehicle purchase March ******* They fraudulently falsified my pay when I wasn't employed at time of transaction. And wouldn't fix the vehicle after purchase a loan on it. They now claim I owe $9,000 on it and have repoed the nonworking vehicle since then .

    Attached is the Retail Installment Contract signed by *********************** and ******************************* as well as their proof of income. This vehicle was purchased on 3-15-2022. We received two payments in the amount of $417.32 each on 4-29-2022 and 6-10-2022. UDrive Acceptance spoke to ***** on 7-1-2022 regarding the payment that was due on 6-22-2022 and was told she started a new job and would be making the payment on 7-8-2022. On 7-12-2022, we spoke to ********* and was told they were still waiting on a check and would make the payment on or before 7-15-2022. On 7-22-2022, we received an email stating they can only pay $200 and the rest on 8-5-2022. As of 8-8-2022, we spoke to ***** and was advised she doesn't have a job and that the vehicle was not working and she asked us to come pick up the vehicle. The vehicle was picked up on 8-10-2022 and we are waiting to auction the vehicle off. We have applied the *** ($389.23) and Warranty ($1,002.48) refunds to the loan. Outstanding balance is showing $9,086.66. Please let me know if there is anything else you need for this complaint.
