      CEO PELLA CORP *******************************,I purchased 2 PELLA windows two months ago and I still have not received the windows. They told me that they the window would come on the following dates: June 5, 14, 17, 24; but the window did not come at any of the promised dates cited above. I have had a boarded up window space in my bed room for 2 months because the first order was not the correct size for the window!I hope this problem can be resolved soon.

      Had a crack in a upper Sash of a double hung window. So I went on their online store, and ordered a replacement. The next day, I checked to see if it would fit my older series window, and it would not. They said no problem, they would cancel, and get me the right one. They needed information like sizes, etched serial number on glass, etc. I also ordered a seal for one of my doors. I said will that seal be sent or cancelled, they said order it again, because the whole ordered was cancelled. A few weeks later, 2 seals show up, then the Sash. I compared the Sash to the old one, and totally different. I called up, and that is when the problems began. They said I ordered 2 seals and could not be returned, and the Sash was rapidly produced, so I could not return that. What? one day, and you said it was cancelled? Then the one they sent was not complete, it was missing provisions for the cam locks. So I said, since I have to eat this Sash, I want it right, so I can sell it. So I tried to send back, so it could be completed, and they said it was right, and they would do nothing. I have never had such a problem with a large company before. So much money spent on windows and doors, and zero support afterwards. I would definitely go to a another manufacturer.

      I just want to take a minute and congratulate Pella for having the best service personal possible. I just had the pleasure of having ***** and **** come to my home and replace the interior shades on my 18 year old beautiful Pella Window. I could not have asked for more professional or personable guys to visit my home. Thank you Pella..

      Pella are not standing by their value proposition and have provided us a set of premium sliding doors with an internal blind system that does not operate. We have been relentlessly working at this for more than a year with no success; so many PELLA service calls without any resolution. Their own engineers and technical people also agree there is a problem they can not resolve,so they have left the problem with us to manage. One solution they have offered is, for us to actually pay more money ($2500) to cover their issue by buying a solution that is not suitable for our home. Absolutely unacceptable and we will never be buying their products again. Please connect with me if you would like an explanation of the exact issues. thank you ****

      The experience with Pella has been very frustrating. A window was missed in our original order and then flagged when the official measurements were taken and noted it would be ordered. Unfortunately our sales representative, ***** ******, neglected to order the missing window and we did not find this out until the installation started. The stucco was cut away by the install team before it was identified that the window was not included. After all the other windows were installed the measurement on the missing window was taken for a third time and noted the window would be ordered. We have been following up with Pella for over two months and was just notified today (100 days after the stucco was cut and the other window install started) that the window was AGAIN not ordered. The communication from Pella is substandard and it is difficult to understand how the customer service team and the sales team are not communicating when we checked in with our service contact regularly for a status update. We have had the other windows installed for over three months with the stickers still on them as the team noted final inspection cannot take place until the final window is installed. We continue to wait. And wait. And wait.

      We had a scheduled appointment for July 25th and July 26th! We rearranged our whole house. This morning I called to find out what time they would be here, I was told between 8am-10am. No one showed, so I called again! Then the woman I spoke to knew I was upset because they changed our installation date. Instead of listening or assisting, she put my call back into a que so she did not have to deal with me. I did not cuss or call her names, nothing to be treated so rudely.Our appointment was changed to August 8th and 9th. We received no call, no email, no text message, NOTHING FROM THE ORLANDO/ ****** PARK OFFICE!! They were paid in full, not by choice I was told it was the only way we could get 12 months no interest!My home is in total disarray because we have to clear the way for them, as they are unable to move anything for us. I am 65 years old with health issues, my mother is 82, and my husband has Traumatic Brain Injury. This was a huge chore for us. I want to be compensated for my time!

      Over emails and texts were sent to me regarding an appointment that was never scheduled. I then received an additional email and text to inform me that I missed an appointment that was never scheduled to begin with. Following that I had yet another representative try to scam me into setting up yet another appointment stating that the last representative had left the company. This is unprofessional behavior at the highest level. I have never even contacted them in the past nor want anything to do with them. I will continue my endeavor to spread this experience if there is no response.

      I will never put Pella windows in my house again!!! I built a home 20 years ago and put all Pella windows in.I have one window that the rolldown screen will not lock in place. I called for a service and they said it would be $225 just to come out , and they cannot guarantee they will have a part to fix it and I would still have to pay the 225. because all these windows have been discontinued and they are no longer making parts for these windows. for probably a $20 part, he advised me to replace the whole window. 1 star rating is too much for this company! replace the whole window, you talk about some BS .
