- Additional Info:In November 2022, BBB opened an investigation into the business practices of Diamond Ship after receiving complaints and inquiries regarding the alleged company and a reshipping "Work from Home" opportunity. Candidates completed employment forms, sharing personally identifying information, then were given credentials to an online dashboard. Upon receiving shipments they were to inspect, repackage and ship them to another address. When due to be paid, the login no longer worked and attempts at contact were ignored. There was no payment and shipments ceased. Mail to the alleged company has been returned as undeliverable. BBB cannot confirm the legitimacy of Diamond Ship. BBB advises consumers to research job offers and contact the BBB at 515-2438137 for additional information.
