Horrible Customer Service. I had multiple appointments scheduled with this company through our home warranty company - they no-showed/no-called for 3 scheduled appointments. When I, the customer, had to call the office to find out where the technician was I was told they were out sick and they "forgot" to call me. Three different times!? Each time, when I actually got through to the receptionist, she sounded as if I were the biggest inconvenience for even making her answer the phone of the business she works for. With each exasperated sigh and flat monotone voice, she was the most unwelcoming voice of the company. After we had our initial appointment and got the approval through the home warranty company, I attempted to get scheduled again for the actual part replacement - I left four voice-mails on their main business number on four separate mornings without ever receiving a return call. My 5th call of the week was finally answered by the receptionist, the same one who is very inconvenienced by each and every phone call. This business obviously does not want or need our business; they have made this abundantly clear by the attitude of their staff, their poor communication and making the customer take time out of their day to sit home and wait for a technician that never arrives.
