      Placed an order with Amazon ( Order# ***-1765798-6313851 ) for a ******* Galaxy Note 10 + 5G phone that was refurbished. I had it confirmed by ******* that the phone is not 5G at all as its the wrong model number. This is the company that provided the phone as they are a seller on Amazon.Tried contacting them multiple times thru phone and email with no success.

      Hi,

      The amazon order 114-1765798-6313851 provided by the customer was not an order we fulfilled.  I have attached a screenshot of their attachment showing the seller as **************** *** which is not us.  Our Amazon seller name is Bayshine Trading and we have no association with the company involved in this sale.

       

      Since this is not our order there is not much I can do in this circumstance however I have provided a screenshot with contact info to the seller of the device.  Please let me know if you need additional information to confirm that this is not us.

      The phone I bought had several issues before the warranty expired. I sent the phone out for replacement. The phone they sent was not fully unlocked even though that's what I paid for. They don't give temp phones or credit holds so I'd have to be without a phone for even more days which was not doable as I use my phone for work. Then when that phone started giving me issues they wouldn't replace it.

      Hi,

      Please review customer order details attached.  Order was fulfilled and delivered 12/13/21.  Here is a link to the terms of the agreement per the sales channel backmarket where the item was purchased from...for returns and warranty *********************************************************************************************************************************************************************; Customer had 30 days to return the device and up to a ****** warranty.  As this is 1+ years past the original purchase date this purchase no longer qualifies for return or warranty.

      Hi,

      Please refer to the previously provided Backmarket terms of purchase that states your purchase is outside of any return or warranty window.  If you take issue with the agreed upon services, warranty, and return window please open a case directly with backmarket where the sale was made and we will abide by their decision on how to proceed.  I believe this is fair per the original purchase terms.

      On May 11, I purchased a ******* Galaxy S23+ Plus - SM-S916U- 512GB, Item: ************, on **** from Bayshine Trading, doing business as YYWirelesss. It was listed as refurbished, ******** locked. I started service with ********. Per ******** policy, a phone can be unlocked after 40 days of service. I contacted ******** after the 40 days, and after 11+ days of back and forth with ********, I was told that ******** still owned the phone. The original contract on the phone had never been completed, so ******** was still the owner. YYWireless sold me a phone which they didn't own. That is, I believe, trafficking in stolen property. I Contacted YYWireless, but they refused to do anything because it was beyond their 30 day warranty period. I got the same response from ****.

      Hi,

      The device the customer had purchased from ****(Item ID ************* was for a Tmobile Locked device and not unlocked.  The unlock policy the customer is referring to is for new phones only and outside of our control and or the conditions of the purchase.  The device the customer received was exactly as stated on the listing.  Attached I have a few documents showing the customers order # ************** being associated with IMEI(unique device identifier) ***************.  Also, attached is a *************** check for stolen devices showing this device is clean and not stolen.  Lastly, I have attached a screenshot of the listing showing the device title as Tmobile(not unlocked) and also outlining our 30 day return policy for the device per **** policy.  This transaction is all within the guidelines of **** and is why customer was unable to dispute on their channel.

      Please use website ******************************************************************** and IMEI 358245976720606 to check device compatibility and eligibility to be used on the Tmobile network.  I have also provided a screenshot of showing the findings and full compatibility.  The customers statements are incorrect as this phone was purchased through legitimate sources as we have a contract directly with ******* as a vendor and we have shown multiple sources of proof outlining that it was as stated in the listing and is eligible for the network as stated in the listing.  

      In hopes of resolving this complaint and finding resolution with the customer we are willing to waive the 30 day return policy on **** and accept a return on their order.  I have also attached a prepaid return label that the customer can use to return their purchase.  As soon as we receive the item back we will refund their order.  Return tracking number is 9400111206215744730197 we ask to allow 2-5 days from processing after return is received.

      I returned a cell phone weeks ago to this company and they will not speak to me nor will they refund me my money. The cost of the cell phone is ****** $ I'm a senior and on disability awaiting a spinal fusion surgery if you can help me please

      I bought the phone maybe a year ago now I filed a claim under the extended warranty originally because the phone fell out of my pocket when I was playing on the playground Swinging with my daughter and got dropped and the screen cracked and I spent $500 on this phone with bayshon Trading Company through the walmart.com website also spend $95 on a 2-year extended warranty well the exterior **************** told me that the issue happened during the waiting period which I don't understand what that means they would never explain it to me and I had to file a claim with the original company so I did never got a response well I try it again recently and sent them an email and they finally email back after a week and asked me how it was damaged and I told them that it was dropped by accident and they finally back and they're only explanation was that my warranty with them did not cover anything during personally use but if you buy a phone for personal use isn't everything from personal use so they in the email that way I asked for a copy of my warranty proving where it wasn't covered for being dropped by accident you know through north wall to my own and I'm waiting for a response but they are refusing to do anything I did not ask for a refund I asked for a replacement phone and they are refusing to do anything so now I would like my money back if they refuse to send me a new phone to replace it or you supposed to replace it then I don't want my money back so I'm coming to the bear *************** after reading all the complaints about them apparently they do this to every customer they have they take your money and send you a faulty product or refuse to cover the warranty and then break up I'll contact with you and have been reported tons of times to you guys so I'm asking for you to help me get a resolution with this company for a replacement Galaxy default flip phone which I spent $500 on or I want my $500 plus Mexican warranty back which was $95 please help me

      I bought a renewed phone from this company through Amazon and there was supposedly a *********************************************************************************************************************************************** half of the $400 that I spent on the phone and said they charged a restocking fee of almost $200 and they tried to say the phone screen was damaged which it was not damaged at all! The phone completely stopped working after ony a month of having it. They refuse to refund me the full amount and now I am having to file complaints through Amazon even though I'm sure I'll never see the rest of the money. They seem to be scammers.

      Date of occurrence: September 28th, 2021.Reason for dispute: I had my phone sent in on 11/21/2021 to get the battery area fixed. I've been having issues with that same issue with the battery area. It is now making a weird humming noise for no reason that just popped up out of the blue.I had asked to get a replacement phone of same value mainly because I knew this problem was going to arise in the near future, which is did and am having issues with getting a replacement phone mailed to me. My warranty was extended due to it having been worked on by the company I purchased the phone from, and recently expired but a new issue with my phone arose and I believe it's due to the company "trying" to fix it in the beginning. I read their terms and conditions and it says in there that they need to either fix my phone that has the issues with it or replace it. Since they tried fixing it once before, they need to replace it. It does not say in there that I need to send my phone back first in order for them to send a replacement out to me. I ordered a phone in Excellent condition, which it clearly was not. This company has not been trying to work with me, and I told them I do not have another phone to use while a replacement one gets sent to me. I work from home and am a caregiver for my dad, so I NEED my phone. This is something that I am willing to take them to court over due to the fact that these issues and problems that I have with my phone should've never happened.
