    Summary: Unfulfilled Order, Delayed Refund, and Mishandled Chargeback On Jan 27, 2025, I ordered two related items from SubiSpeed: a fog light kit and front bumper bezel. The bezel arrived, but the fog light remained unshipped for over 20 days. I reached out to SubiSpeed via their contact channels and received no response.Due to the delay and lack of communication, I filed a chargeback with **** for the $308.78 paid for the fog light, which was never shipped or processed.Because the fog light was never shipped, the bezel had no purpose on its own. I returned the bezel unused, in brand-new condition, and properly packaged form. SubiSpeed received the return (confirmed by tracking) and never raised any issue with the condition. Yet, 15 days after confirmed delivery, I still hadnt received a refund.When I followed up, SubiSpeed claimed they wouldnt issue the refund until the chargeback for the fog light was resolved. However, **************** confirmed that SubiSpeed has not responded to the chargeback at all, which is now delaying the case. At this point, SubiSpeed is effectively:Refusing to respond to the chargeback dispute,Using the open dispute as an excuse to withhold a legitimate refund for a returned item Eventually, I had to file a second chargeback for the returned ******** this point, my credit card company is handling the matter, but SubiSpeeds failure to communicate or process refunds in good faith is unacceptable and unethical. I urge the BBB to investigate their practices around order fulfillment, returns, and dispute resolution.

    New website is god awful now. Id recommend wrxdaily now. Since both rally sport direct and subispeed is practically not user friendlg

    Ordered Spec-D tail lights in December, about a month later there was condensation in the passenger side one. The associate helping (Kester) was amazing and very helpful. He made sure they sent out new ones. However, when I received the new ones around February, it was a couple weeks when three individual lights went out. I then reached out again, and they said my warranty was expired (they also took about a month to respond (Karen)) and pretty much I was left with no option other than re-purchasing tail lights in which they have already sent out TWO defective ones. It’s not like I personally did something to break them, that would be understandable but this situation is the manufacturers fault for sending out broken tail lights and not wanting to cooperate but rather charge me $700 once again, just to possibly receive broken ones again. Was a fan of the site but completely disappointed. And I never take the time to write bad reviews but this was just a terrible experience.

    Responded to me on a Sunday, but REFUSED TO CANCEL my WRONG order. They had a part listed under wrx so I bought it. Then notice it says only STI. I request to cancel my order and they refused. This is unacceptable business practice, I will never do business with FT OR SUBISPEED EVER AGAIN. HORRIBLE!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

    Unfortunately, we're not usually able to catch these in time. Our fulfillment process is so automated that once an in-stock item is ordered it starts getting processed immediately and sent to the warehouse to ship. It's practically impossible to catch an in-stock order in time to cancel. When it has been picked, packed, and shipped it sits on a UPS trailer so even if we had someone available, it could take all day to locate your package among the hundreds of other packages on the trailer. This is not something that would make sense for us to do. 
     
    This type of issue you can run into even when ordering from Amazon. This quick of fulfillment isn't ideal in these situations but tends to make most customers happy since they appreciate the speedy shipping. Let me know if you're wanting to send that back. I would be willing to give you a return label at our cost so we would refund you less the shipping costs. You won't be deducted any shipping charges to you. Please follow up with Bryan if that is the route you'd like to take.

    Ordered a low beam HID kit for my WRX. One side failed after 10 months, but oh well it is still under warranty. Communication has been poor and some emails have been straight up ignored regarding my inquiry. Pay the extra money and go with ******** in the future (longer warranty and Im sure they actually respond to their customers)

    Sorry for the delay. The holiday weekend has ** backed up on emails and we're doing our best to get back to everyone in a timely manner. ***** is working with the manufacturer now to get that warrantied. We should be able to get a replacement sent out very soon.

    I have been ordering from subispeed for several years. I recently ordered 2 items. One item was correct and the other was the wrong part number for my vehicle. I tried contacting subispeed twice through their email system and left one voicemail and am yet to get a response. It's not worth the $40 for me to keep worrying about this. I will just never order from them again, problem solved! I advise any consumer to beware of subispeed. It seems as though they don't really care too much for customer service!
