    CUSTOMER SERVICE is of course awful as you can see from all the reviews below, but not only that their approach seems scammy! I reached out to one of the **** at vending.com and when asked to view the vending machine before purchase, he immediately got an attitude. His voice became snappy, arrogant, and he told me in a short tone Oh well thats not going to happen then he proceeded to hang up on me. I also had another experience speaking with the same representative, when asking how Do they assure their customers that they will be receiving their purchase, when their policy states that you must pay before even viewing the item or even having it placed, and his tone again was unpleasant. He laughed at me a couple times when he mentioned, that theres basically no way of guarantee that I will receive my purchase. Which gave me the feeling that this company could possibly be scamming people and judging by the reviews, I wouldnt be surprised. I will not ever be purchasing from this company, and I will advise anyone and everyone to avoid this company altogether, and write a review on this website so that no one else has to ensure their blatant rudeness, disrespect, lack of CUSTOMER SERVICE, etc.

    We have no record of Ms. ******* ******** in our database including the email address **********************************.  I reached out directly to Ms. ******** via email apologizing for her experience and asking for her to contact me directly to provide more information including the name of the team member she spoke with.  She responded via but was aggressive in her response and did not provide a contact phone number or any further information regarding her experience.  I would be happy to have a conversation with Ms. ******** to better understand her experience.

    Please do not order from this company!! We paid a deposit for the machine in August of this year. After 2 failed attempts to deliver the machine (on their end and with their vendor) they went radio silent. We had been told to standby until a larger stair climber had been rented so that a 3rd delivery could be attempted. Unfortunately, this third attempt never took place. The machine was sent back to the factory and we've been told they are keeping our deposit even though the machine was never delivered. On top of that the sales rep has been not only been unhelpful, but has refused to escalate internally and has been hostile with us. I've never left a negative review in my life but felt that you should be warned. DON'T SEND THEM A DOWN PAYMENT!

    Due to the lack of response from this customer in December 2023, we had no choice than to bring the machine back. We could not let the machine remain at the shipping carrier from October through December of 2023. Vending.com incurred freight charges both ways totaling $1,500. This complaint is the first time we are hearing from the customer since last December. We have documentation signed by the customer acknowledging the requirements by the customer, which were not met.

    I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. They were super communicative during the sale, then radio silence once I had the machine and was experiencing difficulty with my cashless payment system. I emailed, called, texted, finally complained to my salesperson who said they would escalate it to their boss, but I still ended up fixing the problem with no help. You are better off getting a vending machine from **** club or Amazon. I specifically went with a vending focused company hoping that they could provide guidance because this is my first vending machine. I would not make that mistake again. I attempted to use the help chatbot at one point. It asked me to wait a moment while it connected me to a technician. That message was still on my phone 3 hours later. I was never connected. If you cant help someone, you should probably tell them that.

    ****** was shady and rude. He didn't listen to what I was wanting, he just aggressively pushed a product I told him I wasn't interested in instead of helping me find a product that was better suited to my needs.
