    I bought my Vending Machine just over 12 months ago. The company has ignored all of my calls, emails and request to get it repaired. Im now past warranty and still no answers. My machine had cost me just over $7,000.00 and is working less than 1/2 of the time and now it's completely out of service. Literally a brand new machine not working whatsoever. I wouldn't be upset if there was a resolution to this machine fretting fixed, however no one wants to help and no one is willing to get it fixed. I particularly bought from this company because they are ******** made and basically in my backyard (********* - Im in *********) I could of bought this same machine from ***** for a fraction of the cost and probably a better working machine. Very unfortunate they wont stand by their word of their warranty and repair like they say when they sell.

    We have been in touch with ************** via email regarding a non-compliant Greenlite device.  In these communications, we offered to assist with a resolution to get machine working.  ************** replied that he wants to return or replace machine and at this point they turned off.  We replied with offering a date/time to resolve or diagnose for a resolution.  This issue is still open pending response from customer.

    I am rejecting this response because: this matter has to deal with more than a non-compliant green light system. And with the green light system- this is due to them not responding to me to get me an updated one. Now to elaborate more on the issues, we are having issues with dispensers not working, machines motherboard is broken, and the machine glitches on/ off all the time. Keep in mind we have had this machine barely over a year. I requested numerous times to get repairs done while in warranty without response.

    The issue is currently open.  We have requested for a call with the customer while he is at the machine in order to determine if parts or software changes will be needed.  We expect to have the issue resolved in one to three weeks.

    I ordered a new vending machine from vending.com (*************/W.G.) and signed the contract on December 22, 2021. The machine was delivered on January 28, 2022. When I went to stock the machine on February 11, 2022 I noticed there was no credit card reader as requested and indicated on my contract. I reached out to ***********************, my sales associate, to inform him that I hadn't received the credit card reader, assuming it should have been mailed, but **** directed me to the service department (April 28, 2022). **** initially never admitted that he had made a mistake when entering the information into the system for the warehouse to add the credit card reader to my machine. Before this transaction turned bad with this company, I also referred a friend who while I am in the process of trying to obtain a credit card reader for the machine, received her machine WITH a credit card reader installed (July 7, 2022). Since I had had no luck with their service department and after reviewing my contract compared to my referral and realizing they were the same, meaning my machine should have also come with my reader installed I contacted **** (July 8, 2022) and informed him of his error. From March-October 2022 vending.com (W.G.) has mad rectifying their mistake a nightmare for ME. ***********************, *********************** and other employees there have stated they understand my frustration etc.but continue to NOT do what is right. Since I have not had a credit card reader and/or operable reader from February-October, I have lost revenue (because who carries cash anymore) and it is just not right. I have been hesitant these past five months to file a complaint with BBB in the hopes that *********************** who I have spoken to by phone and sent emails to and has now stopped responding, *********************** and the vending.com (W.G.) team would do what is right but that has not happened. This mistake has not only cost me money, time and has also damaged my reputation as a new business owner.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Although the external service team who connected the credit card reader indicated the credit card reader was not connected appropriately, *********************** and his tech team has confirmed via email (see attached) that the machine was connected correctly. Thank you BBB for your support in resolving these issues.
