    My payouts were put on hold after changing my bank information, but nobody ever bothered to tell me that. I had to find out after not receiving payouts for several weeks. It took me a week just to reach someone who could tell me why this was happening. After being transferred back and forth and thrown over the fence to different "sister" companies, I gave up and emailed support, who finally informed me that I needed to fill out another form they never told me about. I spent the next 2 weeks trying to reach someone who can help submit the form and release my money, which continued to accrue for almost a month at this point. I explained this to everyone I spoke to and each of them told me they were transferring me to the correct person/department who could help, only to be put on hold (for sometimes HOURS) then told once again by the next person that they were not the right department. I was on hold for 2-1/2 hrs once before the call eventually dropped...There is a serious breakdown of communication between companies and a lack of ownership of any one person to actually see anything through to resolution. Everyone points the finger to someone else. This drawnout situation has placed a financial burden on me to continue to run my business. To date, I still haven't received my money.

    The Vendnet team and manager has reached out and supported the customer with their issue. Cantaloupe was requiring a specific document to have the lock down released. The ********** team was supporting the customer and required that additional documentation. Vendnet stepped in and communicated directly with Cantaloupe on this situation and help speed up the processesing of the documentation.We have reached out and updated the customer earlier this week that the funds were released to their account and should be running smoothly now. Let us know if there is more needed on the matter. We appreciate the feedback.

    I am having technical issues with a vendnet machine. I have been trying for 3 business days to reach someone, my drinks will not dispense, the sensor is not working. I have submitted three tickets, I just get put on hold and no one ever answers. I have been on hold for a total of 2.5 hours. I scheduled an online video chat with their tech support, when I logged onto this no one logged in to join me. I am extremely frustrated with their lack of customer support and very frustrated that I cannot get anyone to speak with me or help me.

    This company is a disgrace.
    I spent 7 hrs at my machine today trying to get technical support to install the engage. The tech I finally got through to was of no help whatsoever. I spent hours trying to get someone else but got disconnected or a promise to cal me back….it never happened . In May
    They cutoff my telemetry device without notice and told me I had to upgrade to engage.. They continue to bill me for this service that is not working. I contacted a service man
    who will come out Friday to try to help. He told me that he has had nothing but problems with the new card readers. …the website is a disaster and the worst video installation he has ever seen.
    I ordered the new box and filled out the application. I never received the first one so they sent another one.
    A month has passed and my machine is still not running properly.

    We apologize for the frustrating experience in installing and setting up the new Greenlite cashless devices. On 07/06, we contacted the customer and the customer said they were able to install and get working but were not seeing online. We assisted the customer in completing the online setup and assured her to contact us if any further issues occur.

    Set up an account online however every time I tried to continue to shipping it told me they couldn't ship to the address I used. It was the only address I ever used. Tried changing it 6 times and still couldn't get the parts shipped. Tried calling several times but there was no answer. Tried getting back on the website and it said I did not have an account LOL. Website is horrible. Service is Horrible.

    Gary, we very much appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention. In reviewing our site settings, it appears that Canada had been inadvertently disabled from shipping on the website. We have now enabled it, therefore you should be able to order from the site without issue. We apologize for any inconvenience and frustration this caused, and again appreciate you reporting it to us.

    I can't believe this company doesn't realize they have problems. I waited three weeks for a call back and still haven't received one. I just called now and was told if they didn't answer to just call back. How is that for service. Their web site really sucks. To call them, you have to listen to a two-minute commercial about haw user friendly their "new" website is (NOT). I'm looking to buy a new vending machine to replace my older Vend-Net machine. This is truly a different company than they used to be. I'll buy from a competitor.
