      This company have a delivery for me from home depot that supposedly be delivered Friday they call Thursday and tell me they can't deliver because the truck broke down when I called them the 1st customer service told me that my package didn't come in when I told him that isn't what they said on the voice mail he told me he will check into it and call me back lie number 3 so I call back and the next lier told me that it was no room on the truck and I will have to wait for Wednesday for my delivery never mind that I took off my job for this delivery when I said they need to have home depot to use one of their rental trucks and delivery she hung up on me when I called back and asked for a supervisor the guy put me on a long hold and came back and told me that the supervisor was on break told him I will hold he told me he was going to tie up his line and also hung up home depot need to do their on delivery these outside companies do what ever they want once they get your money

      Worst service ever. Had to interact with them because of our home warranty. Ended up cancelling home warranty because we never want to go through this again. Took three months of calls to get our dishwasher. They kept sending people out to install our dishwasher that didn't arrive even though the same company controls delivery and installation?? Calls in April had involved them saying they hadn't received the dishwasher from the warehouse, home warranty would call and they would tell them they did have it and are waiting to schedule a delivery date. Calls in *** was the same story. Calls in June all of a sudden they told us our order was cancelled and to call the home warranty, home warranty would call them and they would tell them we declined delivery. End of June a damaged dishwasher showed up so we wouldn't sign for it. After declining it had to wait three weeks to find out the company was supposed to order a replacement but hadn't so the home warranty had to create an order as if it was a new order. Finally had received our dishwasher in July even though the only reason we knew this was because the home warranty would relay the information.

      Too lazy to carry a washer/dryer to the second floor. Made an excuse that the handrail was in the way, I removed the handrail in 60 seconds while they stood there, then they left saying the hallway was too narrow. It's a standard hallway.

      This company is absolutely disrespectful with their customer's time. They never contacted me to inform me my dishwasher was damaged upon receipt. I had to call to get the news, then I was told I needed to contact GE to have a new dishwasher ordered. I am highly perturbed by the inconsideration of my time and their lack of communication. I would never recommend this company to my worst enemy. I pray to God, they do not get to deliver the new dishwasher I have to order.

      Ordered appliances with ********** who uses Linn Star for delivery. Delivery was scheduled for Sept 7. Received text notification the driver was two stops away. Waited three more hours, no show. Called customer service to find out my appliances were never loaded on the truck - no reason given. The tracking notifications were completely bogus, misleading, and not actually tied to my delivery. It was rescheduled for Sept 12. Called the warehouse that morning to make sure appliances were loaded. They said it was and it would be delivered by 1:30. Waited and again, no show. Called and said it would be 4:30. No show. Got a call from ************* saying someone got injured and deliveries were stopped and it would be rescheduled for the 18th. I asked why five more days delay for a truck already loaded for deliveries, and they had no answer. Said they would call with timeframe for 18th, never did, had to call that morning. Said they would be delivered by 1:30. Again, no show. Called Linn Star and guy told me there was no delivery. The order was cancelled. I asked who cancelled the order and he said someone at ********** and to call them. I called ********** and they said they never cancelled anything and they were baffled at the warehouse and delivery notes on the order. So third failed delivery- I ended up cancelling the order and getting the same appliances with Lowes for cheaper and they are getting the appliances to me in two days. I will never order or recommend ordering HD appliances to anyone because of the incompetence and repeated failures of Linn Star delivery. But it's also **********s fault for ignoring the customer complaints and continuing to use them. Overall terrible customer experience management, bogus delivery tracking, agents lying about the delivery status and order, repeated delivery failure, and no recourse from ********** to resolve the problems.

      Wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered from Home Depot....NEVER AGAIN. Like so many others, i would have gladly left them a ZERO but 1 is the lowest. Ordered a stove on 6-8-23. The Home Depot associate was very friendly and helpful. Scheduled delivery for 6-16. The stove arrived right on time, but of course it was damaged. was told it would be another week before they could deliver another one. (so now 2 weeks without a stove!). Now scheduled for 6-23. In the meantime, we had an emergency out of town, so I called and re-scheduled delivery for 6-28 when we would be home. I received TWO emails confirming the new delivery schedule. When we arrived home from out of town, there were 4 messages on our recorder. Amanda from Linnstar called on Thursday, 6-22, to say our stove would be delivered on Friday, 6-23.(when we are out of town!!) Amanda talked so FAST and garbled we had to listen to the recording numerous times to understand what she was even saying. Then on Friday, 6-23, she called to say they would be delivering the stove that afternoon, then shortly after that, she called again to say THE TRUCK BROKE DOWN (sound familiar??). Delivery being re-scheduled for Monday, 6-26. On Monday, 6-26, had a call and said they were in our drive, but no-one was answering the door...they could only wait 5 minutes, then they would leave and we would have to reschedule again. Nobody answering the door???....well, you can't answer your door when YOU'RE STILL OUT OF TOWN. Thank goodness our neighbor happened to be home and saw the truck. He came over and let them in the house (after inspecting every inch of the stove) or we would have been at least another week without a stove. Why did I bother rescheduling to the 28th when they STILL delivered on the 26th? Wait a week, damaged stove, wait another week, verify delivery date with TWO emails, then deliver on the WRONG date. Linn Star totally SUCKS.... Home Depot, get rid of them!!!!!!!

      The review process forces me to give them this 1 start otherwise be a 0. This company is a joke. They must have pictures on somebody to get the home depot deliveries contract.
      I was scheduled for a delivery 4/29/23 between 7-11. They called me at 8 to tell me my upright freezer would not be delivered and the soonest it could be was 3-4 days later. I told them unacceptable as i have $700 worth of meat being delivered.
      The dock manager his name is Steve D, proceeds to tell me I’m not his customer i am home depots customer and he would not do anything about the non delivery other then reschedule. I even said i would come get the freezer from his dock. He says he wouldn’t tell me where they are located or that he’d let me pick it up. Like his warehouse address is not on the internet. He finally says “I’m scheduling your delivery for later in the week and before i could answer no or yes, was gonna be no, he hangs up the phone on me.
      This is the kind of company you hope you would hear had to go out of business.

      Just had a dishwasher delivered,the two men were Great. Very clear and polite. Put the dishwasher where I asked there to. Would use them again. Thanks great job. Darrel Kirby.
