      The company was hired by ******* to deliver appliances to my house and pick up the old appliances. The delivery team said I would have to call back to schedule the pickup of the old appliances. I can not get anyone on the phone from this company to pick up the old appliances for 2+ months now. I want these old appliances gone

      On March 13th, 2024 - Linn Star Transfer installed a double wall oven. Due to their employees lacking the proper experience & training - the wall oven exploded (fire) resulting in a damaged oven, wiring and kitchen cabinets. A licensed electrician said the damages will exceed $4,000 dollars.Frigidaire Double Wall Oven - Order ********** / Serial Number: ********** / Model Number **********

      I ordered multiple appliances through GE directly who uses this company as a delivery service. I will NEVER order through GE again due to this company. 1) They do not allow delivery dates to be scheduled or notify as to when a replacement would arrive. They showed up unannounced at my house while we were dealing with the flu- sent them away and said it needed to be scheduled as GE confirmed with me. They sent the appliance back to GE, and I had to start the **************** again with GE (still working on getting replacement) and 2) they significantly DAMAGED my wood floors on BOTH occasions that they delivered appliances (GE does not manage this process and sent me to this company's claim department for processing). They DRUG the fridge through my kitchen leaving indents throughout the space. I am waiting to deal with this headache after I get my last appliance delivered (as there is a pattern here and not hopeful I won't see further damage for the last delivery). NEVER BUY GE TO AVOID THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY.

      The company has constantly inform me that they will deliver my GE freezer and gave me a delivery date, and stated that a adult must be home to accept my freezer on 12/28/2022. After staying home and when 7:00 P.M came and no freezer or phone call, I called the company and then I was told that my product won't be delivered, that a person became sick and for some unknown reason they didn't call me in the morning and they reschedule my day of delivery to Jan 3 2023. Once again I made myself available and when 6:30 P.M came and no freezer I called and then I was told that they didn't place my item on the truck for some unknown reason and I would be reschedule again for Jan. 10th 2023. I when I called in the morning I was told that I would be once again reschedule for Jan 11th. This seems to be a scam, this is not how one does business. I had to make time for this company 3 times and they always have a excuse for not delivering my product.worst company ever.

      I have a GE fridge that is malfunctioning. GE agreed to do a warranty replacement. They contract through Linn Star Transfer for the delivery and install. ************* delivered the replacement fridge on 12/5/22 but did not install. The delivery drivers stated that I would have to call back to schedule an install. I have called to setup an appointment for install 6 separate times and each time they give me a date and time for the install. I wait at home for them to call and say they are on their way and each appointment has been a no call - no show. I have explained to the Linn Star reps that this keeps happening, they assure me they figured out the problem and install will happen on the next install time but it never does. I have spoken with a manager who assured me that the fridge would be installed yesterday but it was again a no call - no show.
