I became a member when this location first opened....I subsequently was the reason four other family members joined. I used referral info to obtain free month due reward for each one, but never received one; one of the applications filed in the club with assistance of employee and still no free month for me as advertised. Same promotion going on right now.Issue #2....one of my grandsons is attending school in *******, **. There is a Planet Fitness close by for him. Unfortunately, he can't go because we have to transfer his home gym from ******* to *******. No one at either gym will give us a solution; he is a minor (17) and I signed a consent form initially but now it doesn't mean anything. The employee at the ******* gym said for my grandson to cancel his membership and rejoin in *******, but I renewed his annual fee membership and I can't roll it over in ******* or obtain refund for unused portion. He has been going to the gym for over a year and wants to continue his routine; I am frustrated for the ignorance of the whole thing and whats worse is there is no corporate phone number available to the public. i have emailed their customer service and only get automated response to my queries. A section mentions that minors cannot transfer on line, we went in person with letter requesting transfer of home gym and got nowhere. Really?
