    In August 2022, I purchased a vehicle from Cutter Chrysler Dodge ********. It was a 2019 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. When I purchased the vehicle I also purchased a 7 year warranty that covers everything except for light bulbs in the vehicle. Well in October 2022 I took the vehicle to get it serviced at the service department because the jeep has the worst death wobble I have ever experienced. They said the part was covered under warranty and would take 2 to 3 weeks to order and come in. Here it is February 8th 2023 and I still do not have my jeep fixed. When I call they tell me that they have the part but its for other customers. Mind you the death wobble has caused me have numerous accidents because it causes the jeep to veer into other lanes when driving. I told this to the device department and they said they would call me when the part came in and that it probably wouldnt be until sometime in March. Well over the last 2 weeks, I have been to the dealership to trade my vehicle in for something safer for my kids. One guy told me that my best option would be to get another jeep or truck. He did the paper work to pay off my loan and started the paperwork to purchase another jeep. Well I didnt like the jeep they were trying to sell me at the time so I left on good terms and told them I would think about it. Well I went back today and met with another associate and he said that they wouldnt pay off the loan because the jeep had issues and they would lose money if it sat on the lot. Okay thats fine I get it. However when I asked about the jeeps l, they told me I could only get a truck because of the rebate options. When I told them I didnt want a truck they said that they couldnt help me.

    Horrible customer service and bad experience when I brought my vehicle to Dodge Pearl City numerous times between Dec 2022 - June 2023. Took car in 4x. The more I brought my car in the more issues I had, car rental was handled poorly, information told was inconsistent.Dodge offered to do safety check multiple times. 1st time, was told with a fee. 2nd time, was told will be free. 3rd time, was told with a fee. 4th time, was they do free safety checks. Dodge told me they do not road test if safety check is expired but they did. All road tests on my Journey was done with an expired safety check. Dodge failed my safety check for my windshield back and front; No water coming out. MY FACTS: the day I brought my car in, while I was driving on the freeway I used my front/back wipers and water worked fine. I did a final windshield wash before I pulled up to Dodge service. When I opened my Journey hood, I saw my water shield tube slit.My new battery I bought from Dodge and was placed by them 6 months ago died. Dodge stated if battery goes bad, they can change it w no charge. I went back and was charged for 2 diag test (battery and engine light). I repeatedly expressed to a Dodge emp my frustration and experience w them since the 1st visit. I was told "I will not apologize for something I am not aware of. I am not going to apologize if I am not sincere about it". I did speak to that person before and made a complaint. That individual told me I can go to any dealership, there's 2. What that emp does not know is that I tried and was told to go back. I didn't want to go back to PC but I was told I had to bc they had already worked my car even with my bad experience there. I'm disappointed that I was put in a situation where I had no other options. I pay for my extended Warranty, unfortunately, I have to go to Dodge only. But what topped the end of my Journey at Dodge is how all of a sudden my windshield water tube was slit after I took it in to Dodge PC.
