    Absolutely terrible service from Absolute Termite and Pest Control. We contracted them for termite tenting. They checked our home twice and took photos and said they could do it. We gave them $4,700 in advance. They showed up this morning 2 hours late and the fumigation crew decided they could not safely do the job. This was all after we bagged and prepared the house. We complained and they offered just to refund our money and give us $200 credit. We would we like them to pay us for our unnecessary expenses for the hotel room and boarding for our pets. We are very exhausted from preparing our house and hoped that the business can do more than offer us a credit that we will never use.

    So I was going to do 4 stars because I don't like to jump too quickly. This time I decided I would just wait to leave a review until I saw how my service went. I gave it about 3 weeks, and I just want to say :) THANK YOU!!!They were so quick to get me scheduled, and let me know how to deal with the problem. I wasn't really sure how to handle it but I'm glad I called them. ****** for the quick response, and thank you to *** in the office for getting me scheduled and ****** to *** for the information and traps!!

    ZERO STARS!!! Worst customer service from general manager *****************. Installer stepped through my vinyl awning when installing the tarp when I told him you can't step on that. He put his foot through it. The supervisor on site apologize and said it should get covered. He took and sent in the photo. ***************** in a robotic response said he won't do anything but give some credit for a future service. I don't need credit, I need to fix an awning that blocks the rain from coming into my house asap. I said can you explain my situation to the owner and he said no, he makes the final decision. Now I'm out even more $ to replace it. This is all before they even put in the gas. Worst customer service. I don't know if the owner has the same attitude but do not use this company. They installers are not paying any attention and if they damage anything your out. ***************** should not be in a management position or work for any service company.

    Absolute Termite and Pest Control has been our go to company for all of our pest needs. From tenting our home, to our rodent control, to our quarterly pest control. A1 service! Scheduling has been so easy especially with the option to schedule myself online. I would recommend this company for all of your pest control needs.
