      On 10/30/2022 we watched a presentation that offered a free 4 night hotel stay (NOT FREE, FEES ATTACHED and they want you to send the fees via Zelle), we were informed there was substantial discounts along with airfare discounts. We were shown a site for airfare when asked yet there is no tab for airfare on their website. We unfortunately were scammed and purchased a membership for $999. Before purchasing I asked the sales ***************** to let me read the contract and he said he couldn't that the next person would go over it with me. He also said that everything was recorded and I've asked them to see the video myself. The very next day I requested information for refund once I had a chance to look for price comparisons. The comparisons are minimal and not worth the money paid for the membership. They have been contacted every day since purchase and just respond with how great their service is. NO one ever answers the phone, you have to leave a message and they never call back. They refuse to REFUND and do not have a 3 day rescission which almost every reputable company has. They are NOT REPUTABLE by any means. Their promotion of free 4 night has fees for every person, they have no airfare tab on website, they lead you to believe they have substantial discounts and DO NOT VERBALLY GO OVER THE CONTRACT! They will do the presentation and contract over zoom. This was the biggest scam ever, worse than a timeshare presentation! DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM!

      I attended a webinar with this company promising me a five night hotel Stay for completing the webinar. The 45 minute webinar was an hour and a half long. They told me I would get the certificate within five days. It has been over two weeks and still nothing. They do not reply to my emails either.

      I am rejecting this response because I didnt reach out before hand. Several times. However, no reply. Furthermore, I was told this was a free incentive for listening to their webinar. I now find out I have to pay $30 to register for their free promotion. I will not be doing this. I advise others to stay away as well, as I was not made aware of having to purchase a reservation.

      On June 26th, 2022 we spoke to a gentleman representing Aloha Hawaii Tours. He went through a presentation and sold us the idea that we would save money on travel both in and out of the US. They offered free upgrades and gifts and even demoed the website on how easy it was to use. Upon, discussion he signed us up with the guarantee that if we were not happy we could cancel and get a full refund of our $200 deposit. We tried to use the services almost immediately as our son baseball team made it to the world series in *********. We logged into the website and searched for hotels and deal. There were none in a 60 mile radius. Searched several times and even decided to search other areas as well nothing. When you go to priceline or any other site there were hotels and deals. We asked customer service and was told they didn't have anything. We were told they would always be able to find a deal and that is not the case. We gave it another chance a month later and tried in South ***** and nothing available. Now we have tried to cancel and they have turned us over to a collection agency that calls daily and says we are fully liable. They have not upheld any of what they promised or said they were able to do. It is not buyers remorse it is we were lied to and told something that is not true and does not work and not being harassed. We have not been able to use services therefore this should be cancelled the $200 returned and everything cancelled. Please help get this fixed. They say they are going to or have reported to the credit agencies as well.

      On 9/28/2022, we were contacted by a sales person asking us to watch a virtual travel club tour. We agreed and it was set for 9/29/2022. After watching their presentation, they stated their company gives substantial discounts on hotels, airfare, and cruises. We thought it was a good deal and only to find out later, they have no contact for airline discounts, their hotel discounts are not substantial and their cruise prices are more than if purchased from a cruise line. I am 76 years old, my wife is 67 and feel we should have a right of rescission for the purchase. It was $3999.00. Expensive! I have contacted the company numerous times, their response was that if we were not happy with any of the representation they would waive the policy of which they are stating is non refundable. We are seniors, the entire presentation was done on our cell phone of which they said cell phones would disqualify us. It has not been 3 business days since we signed their contract and would like help to resolve this matter and get our money back.

      1) Our presentation clearly states that only airlines can discount airfare, and we work directly with them to send their price drop deals to members as a deal alert service. This is transparent and clear on a recorded line.

      2) Our advisors state multiple times that public sites mark up hotels at a range, as high as 70% compared to net rates which is what we offer. At no time do we make any type of statement alluding to every single hotel in our inventory being a higher end savings but higher end savings are always available.

      3) We have provided you with multiple examples confirming our cruise and hotel rates are lower than the public rates you are showing us in conversation with management directly.

      4) Based on our current understanding, no one, at any time offered you a cancellation if you were not satisfied. Although since we have proven everything shown is as promised, it is not clear at this time why you are not satisfied but a manager is already working with you to find a resolution.

      5) Unless a customer shows any kind of sign that they do not comprehend or are not of clear mind in the presentation, we treat all attendees as equals and regardless of age, provide all customers with equal service and access to the same opportunities.

       

      At time of sale, your party was not denied any opportunity to review the purchase agreement before acknowledging it which acknowledges the final sale nature, and we have thoroughly confirmed that all services have been delivered as promised. For this reason we cannot waive our policies in full but as noted, a manager is currently working with your party already to find a resolution.

      During the presentation the rep pulled up a site showing airfare. At no time did I feel there was NOT a tab for airfare on the website.  At no time the rep with the contract that was done on a cell phone ( which cells were not to be used in writing ) verbally went over the contract. The contract was difficult to read on a cell phone!  I have provided 2 examples which their prices were higher or a $4.00. Difference.  At no time were we given State of Hawaii Consumer Rights disclosure form after or during the presentation. I believe this is also required.  *********** is a scam that preys on elderly people.  I am 76 years old and a veteran with hearing problems. THE ONLY RESOLUTION IS TO REFUND MY MONEY. The FREE 4 night they also offer is a scam as it is NOT FREE! There are fees attached to each person staying in the room.  I have not used the service, nor will I.  I will if necessary take this to court. Examples of non savings have been provided to ************ yet they refuse to refund my money!

      I am rejecting this response because:


      1- I do not recall any pre-recorded message.

      2- I have sent them examples showing there are no real discounts that are worth the money they charge for membership

      3- They did show a section for airfare discounts of which implied it was part of their site. There is NO AIRLINE TAB.

      4- Their hotel comparisons they list on hotels are not accurate and I showed them and they said they have to fix it.  False information

      5- What reputable company does not have a right of rescission for large purchases?

      6- They charged my card in full prior to ever seeing the contract!

      7- The FREE 4 night stay is NOT FREE! taxes on the room are understandable, however there are also fees for each person.

      8- I contacted them within one day requesting a refund, they did not respond for three days. There is a 7 day cooling off period in Hawaii on purchases and 4 day cooling off period for Nevada, none of which this company honors!

      I joined a webinar who was selling discounted travel and flight at wholesale cost. This is what I was promised. savings of minimum of 50% compared to other travel websites. I signed up enthusiasticly with hope of traveling more. I was told I would receive a link for airfare, witch wasn't true. I ended receiving emails from a travel newsletter. when I did the webinar the sales rep maneuvered thru flights and compared prices thru his drop down tabs. showing us how easy it would be to navigate thru website. I was also told about the wonderful discounts on hotels, cruises, and rentals. again we received a demonstration on navigating thru their website and showed up discounted hotel to numerous destination stating 48%, 60%, up to 90% on some hotels. After purchasing I was told I would pay 18. months of %134 a month plus $199 a year for ten years. plus the $199 deposit. I would receive these wonderful discounts. I got scammed!!! Non of the promised services they sold me were true.I tried contacting Aloha for a cancelation even tried talking to finance company ***************************. all who stated all sales were final. once a manager from costumer services finally reached out(after calling for weeks) I explained to **** that everything that was sold as a membership package was not delivered and wanted to cancel membership. made numerous calls sent numerous emails both to Aloha and ******** neither willing to cancel membership. I was reminded that if I didn't continue payments that my credit score would be affected. I haven't heard from them since last email Wednesday the Sept. 28,2022. I just want the membership canceled. this was a big bait and switch on their part.

      We would never guarantee a minimum of 50% savings or higher, this is a false statement on behalf of the customer as we have reviewed ******************** presentation and confirmed this was never promised.

      We have also confirmed that **************** was clearly explained flights come to members as a newsletter service and she was shown the newsletter examples one on one with an advisor before purchasing therefore the statement about expecting a "link for airfare" is also false.

      Regarding contact history, **************** reached out via email to better understand her flight service on 8/26, we tried to call her that same day to provide support, left messages and emailed her back. **************** did leave a message requesting cancellation in September, requesting for medical reasons only, and it did take a week for us to return that call but it was not an ill intentioned delay whatsoever. Since then we have been responsive to her repeated emails and have thoroughly confirmed through a detailed review of her meetings with the travel advisor and speaker before signing that everything was presented properly and all the deals shown can be recreated.

       

      We will not offer a cancellation as this issue has already been thoroughly reviewed and we are certain there has been absolutely no issue with representation of services. Our travel advisors were transparent and clear with the service explanation.

      We would be happy to offer a deferment on the payments in consideration of your personal financial needs ****************, as you handle your personal matters.

      While in Oahu Hawaii (on 8/06/2022), when purchasing excursions from a local establishments, they offered me reservations to the ********************* (I later find out are actually free) and an upgrade to my Luau purchase if I attended a Zoom meeting. In this meeting, they lured me into thinking that if I signed up to an exclusive club of super cheap travel deals and flights not available to anyone else (alohahawaiitoursandtravel.com), I would save a lot of money on my future trips. They pressured me into providing all of my personal information, paying them $100.00 down and then pay $909.14. They filled out an application for me on Zoom and did not want to give me a chance to discuss it with my husband (it was all very rushed). Apparently this form was to sale my "debt" to ***************************, LLC. I did contact them and explained what had happened and they said there was nothing they could do, that I had to pay it. I am now getting calls from this collection agency. This has happened to other people as well. Unfortunately, I did not see the news until after it happened to me as well. When I try to log into the *************************** with my account number, it says that it does not exist. I have not received anything by mail, despite me emailing them to send me their legalities through mail. Please help me. I do not want this to hurt my credit report.

Our business is Aloha Hawaiian Vacations/******* Hawaii Int'l, not Aloha Hawaii Tours and Travel. Our website is www.aloha-hawaiian.com. We only sell Hawaii Packages, not individual activities, and we do not ever send clients to Zoom meetings or have them sign up for "clubs". We sincerely hope that you are able to straighten this out without any damage to your credit history. I wish we could be of some help, but we have no interactions with that company. Perhaps they have a BBB profile so you can file a complaint with the proper business, but please withdraw this complaint as it is not our company, and we have had no business dealings with you.

      This is an absolutely legitimate membership service and each time you have reached out for assistance or information, or to redeem the gifts you received when you first signed up, we have provided timely responses and support. 

      Regarding tickets to Pearl ******* you are correct they are complimentary but the US ***************** only gives out a limited number per day. The value of the tickets you were given are in that they were guaranteed entry.

      When you initially reached out to cancel, it was due to reasons unrelated to your membership service. We politely advised you that all sales were final.

      Regardless of unsubstantiated claims made on a televised segment, which we have verified they aired without proof, this is a great service and we would be happy to provide you with service.

      We cannot offer a cancellation at this time.

      On June 14, 2022 I saw a sponsored ad on ******** about vacation deals. I clicked on it to request more info so I gave my info. On June 15 I received a call from a man who said he was with Aloha Hawaii Tours and Travel. He wanted to set up a webinar to learn more about their vacation deals. I asked him if it was a time share. He said they would explain everything. He said they had an opening in the webinar in 30 minutes. I was not home at the time so he made an appointment 2 hours. They called and showed a few other people one at a time who was in the webinar too. the presentation was given by a lady that said they could offer vacations up to 50% cheaper than any other travel agency. Of course the webinar presentation sounded good. She then transferred me to a sales agent, a man named *******. They gave a lot of information. I told **************** would like to think about it. He reacted quickly and said that if I wait he can't offer me this special price and all the benefits. He then transferred me to a lady that had a contract that she showed right then and had electronic signing. I suffer from depression, anxiety , PTSD and long term grief for 5 years after losing my son passed away. I felel their unethical practices prey in volunerable people. As soon as I hung up I felt I had just been scammed. I tried to look them up on the internet. Nothing about vacation club is on the Aloha Hawaii Tours and Travels. I looked them up on the BBB where I found negative reviews and one said don't do it, it's a scam. You can only get on the SORs website when they give you a link. When I got on the website I didn't find deals cheap like they said. Right away, I tried to call them back to say I didn't want their "membership". I texted ******* saying I wanted to cancel. He did not respond til the next day and then said he made customer service aware. On June ***** called my credit card company and explained I thought I just got scammed. They said the $200. Charge was already posted.

      On July 22, 2022, I went into this companies local location to purchase tickets for me and my family to attend a LUAU at ************* later that evening. The activity advisor that I interacted with had offered me to sit through a zoom call for 30 minutes and save $40 or more off my purchase for the ***** As a consumer I was all in for saving money. I was told it couldnt be watched on my mobile phone and to use a computer or IPAD. After my interaction with the activity advisor, I went back into my hotel and joined the webinar zoom from my grandsons IPAD. It was the biggest mistake I made in the year of 2022. This call went way past 30 minutes taking away from my vacation. Instead of saving money this company ended up costing me money. The advisor in the webinar bamboozled me into agreeing to use their travel portal and never mentioned it was a Final Sale costing me $2,274.76 after I asked during our interaction what if I get home and find that their service is not a good fit? His response was to contact him if I had any problems. Theres a major problem because this is a contract for services thats been misrepresented, and this company is failing to refund my money back and cancel this membership that I have no plans on ever using. I tried to use their travel portal which was compared to Priceline and the price for the **************** that I stayed in while on vacation was no different in price from their travel portal. This marvelous travel portal that I was offered to book future travel in doesnt even allow me to view and book flights on my own. The rental car rates are higher pricing from any other travel site so theres no reason for me to pay $2,274.76 for a service that has failed to deliver miserably. Ive called and requested my money back multiple times and requested to end my relationship with this company and they fail to return my call to address the issue. Attached is other docs that will help with highlighting this nightmare.

      We assure you that our travel advisors are showing this service exactly as it is, and it provides a great benefit to most if not all of our active members.


      This program offers a range of discounts, sometimes on the lower end of the spectrum if you're looking/booking last minute or in small non-touristy locations, but there are so many options in the 50-70% discount range available all over the world. We've found hotels for members even as high as 85% off.


      Regarding flights, you may call us for guidance and information on the deals but there is no requirement for you to call in, in order to place a reservation. All flight deals are sent directly to you from ***********************************************************. Under each deal we send, there is a "view deal details" button which will take you to the booking platform so you may select specific dates, number of people, and place your flight reservations. I see you've already received 9 of these newsletters so far, please check your inbox/spam folders if you haven't seen them come through.


      Regarding car rentals, that is a section of the membership with discounts on the lower end of the spectrum but that is something we are clear about during the presentation. Your biggest savings will be on accommodations and the other membership sections are there for general convenience as well as Reward Credits.



      Regarding the final sale notice, please refer to page 13 of your agreement under the purchaser's acknowledgement. It outlines that the signer understands all sales are final and must be acknowledged.

      I am rejecting this response because: Since you all recorded a zoom call of this conversation I was definitely never shown a tab that guides to be able to book a flight. I tried to book a flight and found out there was no tab for me to do so. Fact check and listen to the first time I called in to customer service and my conversation during the presentation. I called in and was told by an agent that I dont have the option to book flights and I was transferred to another number that of course never picked up. I left 2 or 3 messages trying to figure this s*** out and finally a lady called me back at 9:00pm while I was asleep to be well rested up for for my work day the following day. She woke me up out of my sleeps and gave me a flight for $203 for spirit and I went on spirit site directly and found a flight for $193 or $196 dollars. It was never communicated that I have to wait on your company to book me a flight every-time I feel a need to travel. Thats time consuming on my part when you all are asking for over $2k for a service. Alot of comparison by your agent was done as it relates to your rates and Priceline throughout the presentation and your service dont measure up to theirs on the customer service part nor the application. I can book anything I need on Priceline website when I please. I dont have to call them for nothing. If I call them they always pickup and they definitely dont send me to voicemail and then return my call breaking my sleep with a flight thats at higher cost than the actual airline website. 

      I realized to how the salesman never used **************** as an example during his presentation because he knew that your rates for that hotel was no different from Priceline. When a service is quality that a company offer it speaks for itself. Your service has failed miserable from all angles. You all are to dirty to even have a conversation over the phone its nothing but voicemails Im leaving and then an email defending this garbage service that you all preying on tourist to buy that turns of to be disappointing. 

      For as the final sale I stated multiple times that I had to think about the purchase and your sales guy offered me to sit closer at the Luau event that never happened and off 20 member IDs I got 10 and had to sit in the *** sits I originally paid for Luau before joining the zoom call that was suppose to save me money but instead has cost me. I asked the guy if I get home and find out this is not a good fit what then? His response was give me a call if you have a problem and calling you crooks just add frustration because its always a voicemail. When a customer ask about your product not being a great fit he should have pointed out this is a final sale to stop me. The final sale sign is so small that its a testament of the lack of integrity your company possesses. I bought a designer bag while in Hawaii from ******************* and shoes and verbally the sales lady said these items are final sales is that okay. That is integrity and steps not make their establishment look bad and create dissatisfied customers. No only that ******** bank is saying to pay electronically I will be charged $10 all these hidden fees. Not many people carry checks and your company sure not taking anything out of my account monthly so yall can over charge my account and I have no way to speak with a live agent to address my concern. So again Im dissatisfied with the service its not quality. I wasnt provided enough information by your salesman to help me make a better decision it was definitely misleading information. Please lets review the zoom call together and I will point out some points it was misleading. Cancel this membership please and refund me all of my money.
