      ******** ** Is amazing. She listened and took the time to help me with my concerns, considering the fact that Im new to Aloha Hawaii Tours and Travels. I was highly impressed and satisfied with ********* customer service, she is truly a gem. You cant get great customer service like that nowadays.. Thank you ******** for your hard work and dedication in helping us customers.

      Upon signing up to be a member with Aloha Hawaii Tours I met a wonderful woman named ******* ****** who just so happed to be a former employee for the ************************* I currently work for. ******* and I went from her trying to sell me a membership to us bonding over a mutual connection of our career paths working with senior citizens and our love for helping the elderly. We then went on to bond even more over us both recently losing our mothers. From there I was more inclined to purchase a membership not because ******* did such a great job at selling but she did a wonderful job at being in the moment with a client. Even with the few technology issues we encountered ******* made sure to contact me to let me know that she was here for me and to walk me through the membership process. She was very attentive and because of that I decided to move forward with purchasing my membership because I felt that I mattered. *******, please up the amazing job at touching the lives of your clients one phone call at a time.
