            Signed up for gym membership at Anytime fitness Kailua. Was not contacted about how to access to gym within 24 hours. Had to contact myself as was told would have to wait another 2 days to get access. Told them that if I had to wait 3 days after signing my agreement to access the facility I was going to cxl. Submitted my cancellation letter in person on day 2 of my agreement. Was being told that I might be too late to cxl my agreement. Informed them that my agreement said I have 5 days to cxl. Was told I would be contacted in 24 hours about my cancellation. I am now going on 7 days since.

            Signed up for a 5 day free membership in December and was told at the time that I would need to pay $19.99 for the start up fee but if I cancel my membership with 5 days I get that back. Went back in within the 5 days to cancel turned in my keys and was told the manager was out on vacation but as soon as she gets back she will take care of my refund. Well month passed and I got charged again and the manager came back but yet it still wasnt taken cared of. I called a few times and left messages and no one bothered calling me back. I stopped in and spoke to the manager ******* and she made me sign paperwork stating this was going to be resolved. Again I waited another month and more charges took place. *** called and message them repeatedly and not one response. I left a review on their website and while doing so I seen other reviews stating the same issue. Theyre taking peoples money and not giving it back. They dont respond to calls or messages.. I got a couple message here and there but still nothing has been done.. Its going on 3 months soon and still dealing with it.
