I am filing a complaint against Aloha Hawaii Tours **** for misrepresentation during the sales process and failure to honor my written cancellation request.The company presented their membership program as trustworthy and affiliated with respected organizations such as the Better Business Bureau (BBB). This gave the impression that they themselves were accredited, which is false. Aloha Hawaii Tours is not accredited by the BBB and has received over 200 complaints in the past three years.I requested a cancellation and refund in writing on July 2, 2025, and received no response. (1) "misrepresentation during the sales process // giving the impression that they themselves were accredited" --> We clearly state in the presentation that we are selling the ******* product under our brand (which is also stated and verified on the purchase agreement). Arrivia, as stated and verified, is A+ rated and accredited with the BBB. Although we appreciate the members feedback as it seems they felt it was unclear, we are confident that this was presented properly in the webinar which is recorded and can be reviewed if needed, and consider this element of the complaint to be respectfully mistaken.
(2) "AHT has received over 200 complaints in the past three years" --> We absolutely acknowledge this, and recommend that our member check out other public travel service companies on the BBB. She will find they have hundreds and thousands more complaints than *** does. AND she'll find they don't have nearly as many GOOD reviews as we do either. We are confident in our presence and believe that our many good reviews should be taken into consideration.
(3) "failure to honor my written cancellation request // states she received NO response" --> A manager did in fact call on July 2nd, left a message and sent the customer an email from *********************************** attempting to reach her on this matter to which she did not receive a response. In addition, please be advised that it was stated verbally and in writing at time of purchase that all sales are final.
We will reach back out to our member to offer her assistance and guidance but we are confident in the delivery of services and benefits therefore we will not be able to waive the final sale policy at this time. Thank you.

Our webinar presentation is transparent and clear regarding policies and terms. And it was clearly stated verbally and in writing that all sales are final.
All displayed discounts are 100% available and we are happy to provide any requested proof of this to the member. We have offered this assistance directly, and she has declined to receive it.
Regarding sales tactics, some amount of convincing is expected with any type of sales presentation (as customers are aware in advance that this is a sales presentation) but we are confident that our agents and advisors are well-trained and truly believe in providing a respectful and fair experience.
We have spoken with the customer extensively and repeatedly asked what concerns she may have. She ONLY states her concern is over reading other persons' reviews online. She has not been willing to express any actual, or personal concerns with the membership service that we can address.
Based on these findings and this information, as we are confident that the membership has been delivered as expected and properly, we are not able to waive the final sale policy at this time. But we will surely reach out to the customer to offer assistance again and ensure she received everything that she was promised at time of purchase.

Following this, we also attempted to complete a standard "new member courtesy" call on May 28th, 2025. A representative called you, left a message, and sent you an email to that email address we have on file.
Please be advised that our company email addresses are ******************************************************************* and ********************************************************************. Please be advised that we have NO record of you contacting us at either of these email addresses, or calling the AHT&T number @ ************. Rest assured that if we had heard from you, or had known that you had missed receiving your account package, we would have been happy to quickly resolve and get you set up.

Therefore you were offered the 3-year trial membership which has a minimum 10% deposit requirement of only $100. That offer was subsequently made to you, and you elected to proceed with the purchase.

In addition, the brand AHT&T itself has a B rating and many strong, positive reviews from active members. Again, no issues to address here.

I attended a sales presentation where I was told I was signing up for a travel membership with ************. I was shown their branding, platform, and promotional content throughout. Please be reminded that the AHT&T logo is featured throughout our social media ads before the webinar, visually displayed and mentioned throughout the recorded webinar presentation, AND stated clearly throughout the contract document countless times for purchase that was presented to you for review and signing before the purchase was finalized.
Your online travel booking service is entirely operated and fulfilled by ******, which is why it's a heavy focus on the presentation but AHT&T is absolutely still featured. *******;T is simply the branding agent through which you purchased. This is stated verbally and in writing multiple times in the presentation.
No, we will not be able to offer cancellation of the agreement as there has been zero issue with delivery of services and benefits as expected.

am filing this complaint regarding a deceptive travel membership presentation I attended on April 10, 2025, which resulted in a misrepresented contract and misleading sales practices.

During the presentation, I was led to believe I was entering into a membership directly with *************, as all the materials, platforms, and booking demonstrations presented were branded under the Arrivia name. No mention was made of Aloha Hawaii Tours & Travel during the presentation.
However, after agreeing to the membership and reviewing the contract, I discovered the legal and financial obligation was actually with Aloha Hawaii Tours & Travel, a separate entity that was never disclosed during the sales pitch. This bait-and-switch tactic is misleading and unethical.
Deceptive Pricing:
I was shown that hotel rooms with a regular value of $1,800 would be available to me for $600 through their platform. However, after gaining access, I found that pricing was essentially the same as publicly available rates, and in some cases, even higher. This constitutes false advertising and deceptive business practice.

Aloha, this is a false and nearly unlawful complaint to make.
Ms. ********, you most definitely did purchase and sign for a 10-year membership on September 4th, 2022. The meeting and signing via zoom was recorded and a copy of that recording can be played for verification of identity if needed.
You then returned by your own choice five days later on September 9th after having had full access to your account, and made the decision to upgrade the membership from the 10-year to the Lifetime package. At which time you also re-completed the purchase and signed a new agreement to repay the cost of the membership via 18 monthly payments.
We heard no complaints from you past that.
Almost 5 months later, in January 2023, you then contacted us claiming you could no longer afford the obligation of the repayment agreement. We kindly advised per the terms that we could not reverse or cancel the purchase at all sales were noted as final at time of purchase but directed you to ******** for assistance with financial support options on the repayment plan.
Unfortunately it looks like you simply chose not to make any payments or work out a payment plan, and the repayment was sent to Monterey's collections division. The collections balance has been growing since ************************************************************ resolve with Monterey. You have also attempted to claim you did not agree to this purchase with us directly before coming to the BBB, we verified with you that the owing balance was valid, and confirmed your identity on the purchase was valid.
We will be happy to contact you to discuss a settlement or repayment plan, and to offer assistance with the membership package and travel benefits. But this is a false complaint and cancellation/reversal of obligation cannot be offered at this time.

Rest assured, we have a number of measures in place to specifically ensure everything is delivered as presented at time of purchase. And support is available 24 hours per day to ensure you can call in any time, especially as a new member, for booking and navigation assistance.
Savings will range from low to high, sometimes on the lower end, oftentimes higher, as high as 60% discounts, possibly even higher.
You contacted us directly with your request to cancel after seeing a hotel with only a 2% savings. That is perfectly acceptable and does not mean that the service does not work as advertised.
We will be happy to contact you back and assist you in viewing and recreating all of the higher discounts you saw in the presentation. There has been no issue with the delivery of services and benefits, therefore we will not be able to waive the final sale policy cited verbally and in writing at time of purchase.

Past that, the AHT&T brand itself has many strong, positive reviews, as well as a solid B rating with the BBB. Feel free to compare us to some of the other major booking sites such as Expedia. You will see you did in fact make the right choice becoming a member with us. All you need to do is give the service a chance to prove itself.

I am writing to formally file a complaint against ***** Tours, a company with whom I recently did business. I believe I was misled and subjected to deceptive business practices, and I am seeking your assistance in resolving this matter.I made a booking with ***** Tours. However, within 24 hours of making the purchase, I realized there were red flags in their operations that made me believe this company may not be legitimate or trustworthy. As a result, I immediately contacted them to cancel the transaction and request a ********* my surprise, I was told that no refunds were allowed and that I had agreed to terms that included non-refundable conditions or cancellation fees. I explicitly asked where this information was disclosed and was told the call had been recorded. I then requested a copy or transcript of the call, and they refused to provide it, even though I have a right to verify what was communicated during our conversation. At no point was I told upfront about non-refundable charges or cancellation policies, either verbally or in writing.I believe this constitutes a deceptive practice, as the material terms of the transaction were not made clear before the purchase was finalized. Their refusal to cancel or refund the charge, despite being notified within one day, is unacceptable. I am now left with a charge on my credit card for a service I will not be using and one that was misrepresented at the time of sale. Please be advised that we will be sending you a copy of the recording from your contract signing. Please be advised that although our agents are not obligated to verbally go over the written terms, your contract agent DID verbally state all sales are final at time of purchase.
In regards to the reason for your request to cancel, you state only "red flags" but cannot describe exactly what those concerns are. We do note that you contacted us as a brand new member last year (less than 24 hours in), citing assumptions about not seeing expected pricing and value. We responded promptly that same day, reassuring you that you were just brand new, and offering to schedule you for a tutorial or to provide you with some personalized quotes to provide proof of value. As we 100% guarantee everything shown in the presentation can be recreated.
We did not receive any response from you, to our offers of support and a tutorial.
We did receive a reply email about a month later, about not being verbally advised of the final sale policy. We again responded promptly clarifying that agents are not obligated to verbally go over every term during the purchase process BUT it is stated in writing and you were not denied the opportunity to review the contract and all policies including the cancellation terms at any time during the signing of the contract before the purchase was finalized.

4/8/25 I purchased a what was promised to be wholesale travel and vacation, hotels, airline, etc. at wholesale prices however when I went to price mini hotelrooms nearby and not so nearby, the prices were the same as retail or higher. There was not one wholesale price on anything that I found yet. And in the rare event that a member finds a lower rate elsewhere, all members have access to the price match guarantee; a simple and easy benefit which will reimburse them 110% of the price difference if they truly do find a rate lower on a public website.

Everything with this company stated on their webinar was totally deceptive The prices that they showed on their examples for vacations, hotel, rooms, travel, etc. were complete false results. Theres nothing that this company is offering that is any better of a price than we can get as the public without any special membership. They offer Wholesale prices on all of their travel and vacation services, etc., and nothing is wholesale whatsoever. In fact the day, after joining the membership, I tried to book a hotel, and the prices I was given were higher than the prices I found on my own, and I tried several different hotels, and the results were still not anything close to wholesale prices or even discounted at all. they say that its because they cant control the prices and how the economy changes however I just watched the webinar the day before and sorry but prices dont change that drastically from one day to the next. The little vacation that they offer for free is not free you have to pay a fee just to obtain the certificate for the vacation along with a bunch of other fees as far as their cruises, even starting in December, the prices are the same as I could get on the Internet without a membership or subscription fee and most of the cruises that I had selected that were somewhat of a reasonable price not even that great were all conveniently full or unavailable. Theres no way to reach any of the people who initially contacted us and if you look at any of the other complaints about this company, there are hundreds with the exact same complaints or worse, and they are not lying.

We would be happy to address these concerns one by one.
(1) In response to "prices that they showed on their examples for vacations, hotel, rooms, travel, etc. were complete false" --> Respectfully, this is 100% impossible. The reason being that our sales team ONLY uses the live membership website for demos. What you are seeing in the presentation is therefore guaranteed to be what is delivered. If you will allow us to provide you with guidance and a tutorial, you will be easily able to recreate those discounts on your own.
(2) In response to "vacation that they offer for free is not free" --> What you are referring to is the webinar attendance gift, which is entirely separate from the membership agreement. The attendance gift is clearly advertised on social media as a cruise voucher "with a deposit plus port taxes and fees separate". Our records reflect that you specifically clicked on our ad on April 8th, 2025. When you clicked on that ad, you submitted your contact information to us. That's how we got your phone number in order to text you and schedule the webinar.
(3) In response to "cruises [...] the prices are the same as I could get on the Internet" --> Again, we guarantee our savings and are happy to provide proof. We don't see any record of you taking a guided tutorial, or ever speaking with the cruise concierge about quotes. Respectfully, you may not be looking in the correct place for your cruises or comparing the actual pricing.
(4) In response to "no way to reach any of the people who initially contacted us" --> At time of purchase, you were provided with all of our contact information, phone and email. We have also since then attempted to call and email you to offer assistance. We await your response in order to clear up these misunderstandings.
We have found no issue with the delivery of services and benefits. We will not be able to offer cancellation at this time.

The quoted prices given during the live presentation are directly from their website.
Aloha Hawaii claims that their examples they showed us couldnt be false because they are the same as that on the websites, etc.
There is no way that this is true because I looked up prices for various hotels and car rentals the very same day that u watched the presentation, and the prices they showed on the presentation were actually wholesale prices, I will not argue with that, but when I logged in with my credentials, the prices I was shown were not even close to the discounted rates we were initially shown on the presentation. Not EVEN close!! In fact the prices I was shown when I was trying to find car rental and hotels were not discounted at all, in fact they were even MORE expensive than the prices I had found when I looked online WITHOUT. any kind of membership.
Aloha Hawail will claim that they cannot guarantee the market prices will be the same on a daily basis, but like I said, I had logged in the very same day as the presentation, and the prices were not the same as the ones I was shown earlier the same day! And Im pretty sure the prices do not fluctuate that much from hour to hour! In fact I havent been able to get prices even remotely close to the ones they showed us during the presentation and its been several months.
Also I was told I would receive a newsletter or something like that that offered heavily reduced or discounted prices on airplane tickets. I was told to expect to receive that information regularly after about 3 days. As of yet, I still have not received any such newsletter or link or anything as was promised.
As far as the cruises they offer, the lady that was on the case after the presentation explained how she had been to many destinations recently and cruises had been taken often and that she REALLY enjoyed Virgins cruises the most, however, Virgin is not even one of the cruise lines offered at all. The cruises bag are offered are nowhere close to or even discounted anymore than one could find on ****** on their own . Believe me, *** looked and ****** offers better prices. No membership required. Also regarding the cruises offered, almost all the cruises shown are no longer longer available, specially the ones that are not expensive as most of the cruises. They are rarely available, and even then the discounts are nothing like what was promised or show. To us in the presentation.
I thought maybe it was just me, not looking at the right place or something like that, but unfortunately l it seems like most people are having the same results as myself when trying to find any wholesale rates as promised.
Like I said the prices are the same, if not more than what I was able to find before I had any type of membership.
There are just so many points that are clearly misrepresented throughout this whole company. It is nothing like what was explained online. Yes I understand that prices do change and costs are not going to always stay the same, which is normal, it why they promised that they offered prices that were only available to a handful of people, such as the members that buy into Aloha Hawaiis membership. They would receive prices available to 1% of consumers or their members. Actually, I wasnt able to find anything that wasnt basically the same as any everyday *** could find themselves.
The reviews given by many, many, many other consumers are a pretty good indication of the shady practices of this company, not just from me.

Regarding flights, you are receiving a daily flight deals newsletter to your inbox from ******************************** If you don't see it, please check your spam folder.
As stated in the presentation, no one can discount flights except the airlines themselves therefore what we are operating is a deal alert service, not a traditional booking by demand service. The airlines notify us when they do a price drop, and then we notify you in the daily newsletter.
In the newsletter, you can book the deals completely on your own with the Blue "View Details" link provided under each destination listing. This is self-service, there is no number to call for flights.
Please call us back or give us a call anytime @ ************** if you would like assistance locating your newsletters. But we assure you that they are absolutely being sent.
We can advise that we absolutely DO offer Virgin Voyages cruise itineraries via AHT&T and we guarantee a discount as promised. I am rejecting this response because: As I already mentioned before, I STILL have not received the so called newsletter regarding the discounted flight, which was not necessarily the MAIN reason for my lack of satisfaction with Aloha Hawaii. Aloha Hawaii says that I should check my sp folder and wherever, and NO I still have never received anything or the newsletter or anything regarding the discounts flights. I would have attacked an attachment, however I dont have anything to attach because its never been received! Just like I have already stated.
This was not my main problem with ***** Hawaii l, just to reiterate.
Everything that was promised and/or demonstrated in the presentation WAS FALSE as previously mentioned. At no time have I been able to find discounted pricing at wholesale prices as was shown on the presentation! I feel as if Im repeating myself like a broken record. Nothing is even remotely anywhere close to wholesale prices, let alone even discounted rates that I could not obtain myself on Foogle whether its cruises, flights, hotels, you name it, they are not delivering!
Wven one of the final closers I spoke with following the presentation went on lying ti me about all the cruises she had been on and the extremely low prices she had paid for SEVERAL cruises she had been on lately. While we were discussing cruises she told me her definite best. Favorite cruise line was Virgin, hands down. However, ************** are not even an option listed as one of their cruises or cruise lines offered!! So why even tell me about them as if that was going to be an option in the first place?Once again everything and all the live examples and demonstrations shown on the presentation, while showing the prices for various random destinations , hotels , all inclusive trips, etc. are NOTHING. even close to the fake prices they presented! And once again let me say that the comments and complaints BESIDES MINE that are seen in regards to Aloha *********************** from other victims of there deceitful practices are complaining if the very same things that I have mentioned and MORE!! I just havent taken the time to mention every thing that I have found to be unacceptable.
iI really hope this complaint that I have put in is not going to be just continuous back and forth he said she said between myleflf and ***** *********************** never to be resolved due to their continuing lies and opposing replies to whatever is said, and I hope she BBB realuzes that they obviously have a large amount of their time or people reserved for the complaints department that is there to continuously rebut everything that is made public and shown about the things that they are doing and their scandalous way of doing business.

$1440.00 was reported on my credit on 2/13/25. Aloa Hawaii tours and travel also reported another balance of $1608.00 and fees to ******************* I dispute all charges and fees. I call to ****** this membership last year around August 2024. Due to the fact someone from off the street can get the same price for an hotel stay. Why do I need the membership if anyone can get the same price.. Also when I signed up for this membership they asked me for my social security number I told them NO I was not giving them my social security number for a member this is all recorded and videoed by Aloa Hawaii tours and travel. At that point they fail to disclose to me that they can use my name and date of birth to report to my credit. Had they told me that day one I wouldn't have gotten the membership. I was mislead and if anybody can get my rate I don't want it. So now they have reported two different balance for one membership i canceled. I would like both charges the $1440.00 and the $1635.33 that ****************** reported also cleared from my credit. Thank youBusiness Response

Aloha, we would be happy to address these concerns and provide more information.
First, for the record, when the member called us requesting cancellation in September 2024, she made NO mention of any concerns with platform pricing or discounts. She only told us she was experiencing financial difficulty. To which we responded with financial assistance support and suggestions and no further concerns were discussed. The matter was closed and per our records, the member was satisfied.
If the member chose to then walk away from her payment obligations instead of work out an arrangement and taking the offered assistance, then Monterey would expectedly send the financing agreement to collections. As it seems they have done.
(1) In response to: "someone from off the street can get the same price for an hotel stay" --> This is simply not true. The ******* platform offers guaranteed discounts ranging as high as 60% compared to booking on public websites. PLUS if a member ever does find a lower rate elsewhere, they can easily submit a price match claim and receive a reimbursement for the price difference plus an additional 10% reimbursement. We would also like to note on record that this member logged in only a handful of times during her first year of membership and
(2) In response to: "they asked me for my social security number I told them NO [...] they fail to disclose to me that they can use my name and date of birth to report to my credit" --> We are happy to offer in-house financing via ****************** to anyone that doesn't want to have their credit checked. ******************'s collections policies and credit reporting policies are clearly listed and stated in writing on the contract which you acknowledged at time of purchase, before finalizing the agreement.
As we have found no issues with the delivery of services and benefits, and no issues with handling of the agreement per the acknowledged policies, we will not be able to waive the final sale agreement or owing balance. BUT we understand misunderstandings may have happened and a supervisor will be contacting ***** to offer solutions and potential settlement of the financing terms to help her work out an agreement with Monterey.
