              Paid $140 for delivery and SET UP of a king *** frame. The two men setting up *** stated that there are high and low adjustments for mattress and asked preferred setting. I told them low twice. They set on highest which when we put mattress on it, it was too high. We had to lower it down which was difficult and time consuming. They did not Set Up correctly and I requested a refund of the set up fee. They refused very unkindly. The business also uses shady sales techniques. Saying they found old price tag and that they can give me that price only for today. Skeptical.

              This company does not honor any type of warranty they ***** when you purchase furniture. Both a sofa recliner and standalone recliner that we purchased were broken within a week of delivery. The salesperson, ********** claims she cannot help when you call because she needs AJ from the warehouse to handle the repair. When we spoke with ** he said we needed to email him with pictures so he can then assign a technician to come attempt repair. After this, we never heard from them again even after multiple phone calls and emails. It has been since May of 2022 and we still have no resolution for the broken furniture.
