    DO NOT USE!!!! BEWARE!!!! I have moved a ton of times and I have never been so extremely disappointed in a moving company. They broke a custom, expensive sleeper sofa and refuse to properly repair or work with me to cover the cost of the speciality repair technician. If that isn't enough, they did not properly disconnect the washing machine, which caused extreme water damage that has us and the new owners in a horrible insurance nightmare since Motivated Movers took ZERO responsibility for their negligence. I cannot warn someone enough- STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

    Motivated Movers are an impressive moving company with a strong focus on customer service and a goal of customer satisfaction. They are true professionals who go above and beyond to ensure you have a positive experience. It is a competitive market with many companies to choose from, yet I can say without hesitation they are the only ones that will receive my recommendation. There were a couple of moving companies that I attempted to hire, each one equally disappointing and ill prepared. As I was on limited time due to selling my home, I reached out to Motivated Movers, and they were able to make immediate arrangements and arrived within an hour. A great team is a testimony of inspiring leadership. The exceptional quality and care the team provided was amazing. They are super respectful, great personalities, and made it a stress-free move. Kudos to ***** the Manager, who continually communicated throughout the process and went above and beyond to ensure my multiple moves were a success. A special thank you to the exceptional teams: ********************, ***, ****, ******, and ******* for supporting me and providing quality service. You guys all ******** wish you much success!
