Do not use these conmen. They don't know anything about appliances, their crappy work almost burnt my house down. They aren't using recommended parts for the appliances, they are using generic cheap parts. They charged me $410 for a circuit board instead of just the specific circuit, then 4 weeks later my dryer made a loud boom and sparks were coming out of it, I quickly turned it off and unplugged it. Called them and the 90 day warranty is fake, they said it was a power surge in my house. It's not raining here, no other items blew up, and the breaker box is only a couple years old and no breakers were tripped. Please don't use them, I don't want anyone else to experience this, it was very serious. Poor quality of work, don't use them.

arrived to repair my oven. ordered part and took $165. when he returned with the part it did not cure the problem. reinstalled the original part and left with new part. while experimenting with my oven he called office for help. They could not fix the oven and kept the $165 even though they owned the part. Good thing I disputed the charge and finally got my money back.

Terrible customer service. Do not use. Charged me $200 service fee than wanted $1000 to actually fix! Am very unsatisfied with this company.

******** customer service. We had a technician to come out to fix our dishwasher. The dishwasher worked for one cycle before breaking on us again. We contacted the company to have another technician come out at no cost and the day of the appt they call to postpone the visit and include a service charge while blaming us for the issue.

I am so disappointed in my experience with Bozmanfix. I do my research before I make decisions on things and was totally blown away with pricing. Was in a position that I had no choice and had to go ahead and have service completed. I had a freezer that needed a new seal. I priced the part at ************* for $130.00. When speaking with Bozmanfix I had asked if I needed to order the part, but they said no most likely they would have it on their truck, but they did not and had to order. I also had a dishwasher that needed a clip on the top shelf that got an estimate on. On that I had no clue how much the part would cost to fix. Now I understand that tech need to make a living but for the freezer seal and labor I was charged $296.31 and for the dishwasher it was $280.00, almost $600.00. Apparently it took less than an hour to fix both. Also we were instructed to leave the freezer shut for 48 hours which we did and then some. Once I opened I was VERY disappointed in the seal. It looks used and not well installed. I do not think it will last very long at all. I will not ever use Bozeman for my appliance needs in the future and I would advise researching and getting multiple estimates prior. I unfortunately had to get the freezer done immediately due food that would have cost a lot of money to replace. 11.11.24 Your offer to refund has been a joke I have never heard of a legitimate company not being able to refund by a company check since we paid cash. You have asked for my personal banking information to issue refund WELL that will never happen. It is a crying shame I am having to spend time with this when all I wanted was my stuff to be fixed. As I stated the freezer part looks used. You industry standard I am not sure where you are getting that from, but as I stated just the part for a RELIABLE *** Fox Appliance did not even charge that much for the part. At this point you can keep your refund I do not like doing business with ***************.

The customer is set up with the cost of repairing 2 units, and says that the technician spent at least an hour on installation, but the time for the technician to arrive, the dispatcher's work time, the manager's time to find and order spare parts are not taken into account. These people should also receive a salary. We charge a minimum of $ 195 + the cost of the spare part. The customer left a ****** review with a complaint about the cost on ****** and we contacted him and offered a refund of $ 144, since we always go to meet the client. Payment was offered to be made by *****, Cash app or direct deposit to the customer's account, for which we need the account number and road number (which is on each check). We do not make payments by check, since we care about the environment and save paper. The Customer's claims are unfounded, since initially there was a diagnosis and the technician announced and agreed on the total cost for repairing both units. We received 50% of the total cost of repairs, and the customer paid the second part after checking the work. The customer began to blackmail us with reviews on all platforms until we return the money. Already left 3 reviews on different platforms. We assume that the customer's actions are not conscientious.

****** the repair person came to look at my ******* washer. The washer had an error code Ub= unbalanced. Im a breast cancer patient. He told me $375 to repair. I really think he assumed I was home alone. My caregiver, a male was in the room. He even tried to bargain with me telling me he would take $40 off. The business is a scam! Please do not even waste your time. I paid him through Cashapp $78 for the service call. Its unbelievable how sham scam businesses prey on hardworking citizens.

**** you for using the services of our company. Unfortunately your BBB review was not positive. Your ******* washing machine mod number is WA44A3405AW. Part replacement required Assembly Damper -Part Number DC97-16350T. Now ******* has raised the cost of its spare parts by up to 40% for some items. The retail price of one Damper is ******: you need 4, our purchase price from the supplier is ***** before taxes for today. We offered you a price of 375 dollars - this was the minimum price, taking into account your circumstances and the fact that this spare part was purchased from us in January, before the price increase. As a result, our kindness and compromise still led to a bad review

I was charged $314 for a repair to my washer. The part was for a drain pump that I could purchase on Amazon for $35. The technician was here for 2 hours of which 30 minutes was to get a new part since the part he brought was defective. The original invoice did not break out the labor, parts or taxes. The manager said it was illegal to give me a break-out on the invoice and refused to give me. Do not use them!
